We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view of an old castle. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, beautiful apartment
Pros: Great size apartment. Huge comfy bed in master and bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, fridge freezer and all you could need for cooking at home, washing machine available. Nice balcony for sunset. Spotlessly clean. Amazing waterfall shower. Quiet location overlooking beautiful gardens. Host was very nice and responsive. There is a garage you can park in but we found space on the street to park our car. Parking spaces are small everywhere in Nice! Location was fantastic, tram stop less than 5minute walk which takes you to Nice centre/old town/ Airport etc. And also only 5min walk to promenade and beach. 45minute walk along the prom to main town if you like walking. Small supermarket less than 5min walk.
Cons: Instructions when we arrived seemed a little complicated for key collection, but as long as you follow them closely then it is fine to get into apartment! There are steps in the apartment complex and lift in the apartment block doesn't go down to the ground floor so you will need to go up one flight of stairs to get the lift to the apartment on floor 2. This wasn't a problem for us as it was only a small flight, but may be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Pros: The place was very clean and the apartment was well equipped including kitchen utensils and even laundry soap if you need one. Once inside the apartment, you have lovely views of the garden and it was close to the beach and public transport. The owner was very lovely, quick to reply to our question and let us leave our luggage past check out time.
Cons: The double decker bed at the 2nd bedroom is more designed for little kids.

Pros: The Host met us at the property and went above and beyond to provide helpful information about transport and eating options. The Apartment was clean, spacious and in a convenient location. A small supermarket and a Tram Station are only a couple of minutes walk from the Property.

We would gladly visit again
Pros: A wonderful, extremely clean, and well maintained apartment. There is everything one may need, the rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are really comfortable. The location is very convenient - 15 minutes to the airport, or 10 minutes to the centrum by public transport. There is a Carrefour City supermarket, and a wonderful bakery a few steps away. The host is very kind and helpful. She has been answering my questions within a minute or two.
Cons: Ineffective heating. The bedrooms have small radiators connected to central heating. The radiators were hardly warm on a relatively cold November day (5-10 degrees) and the bedrooms were cold. I was advised by the host to use the air conditioners in the other 2 rooms to heat the apartment, but the air conditioners were not powerful either to warm entire space. They switch off if turned on high fan speed. Everything was fine on our 3rd day, when the temperature outside became 14 degrees. Since the central heating is out of user control, I would recommend the host to find an alternative solution, especially for the bedrooms. There is ambient noise in the entire area from the nearby highway. It would not bother us, but might be disturbing for people wanting to sleep in silence with windows open.
