Great experience!

Pros: The location was very convenient - only a 3 minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from Nice Ville train station. Old Town was also a 15 minute walk away where we visited multiple beaches and markets. The studio had the perfect balcony and the sofa bed was very comfortable! It was ideal for two people. Laurence was very receptive to our questions as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit Nice and explore other areas in the south of France.

Good studio close to train station

Pros: Good communication with the hosts, both Laurence and her daughter Salome. They were really kind, friendly and helpful, giving us all the needed information about the area and how to use local means of transport. Thank you for being flexible about check in and check out! Location is good for it’s proximity to the train station, about 10 min walking and ~15 min to Opera Beach, lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries around. The studio is on the second floor with an elevator. There is a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, smart TV, fridge, big clothes dryer, hair dryer, portable air conditioner and ventilator, and lots of toiletries. We enjoyed the big balcony with a table and 2 chairs and the great view of 3 streets. There are some big mirrors on the bathroom door. We appreciate the many plants in the room and balcony, giving you the feeling of being at home. It was nice to have some sweet bites for breakfast 😊

Cons: Small bathroom with small sink. Quite noisy area, the advantage and disadvantage of staying in “la Coeur de Nice”. We would have preferred an a/c instead of the portable air conditioner as we needed to keep the window open.

Pros: We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the city center, the beach, and other major attractions. Having Nice-Ville Train Station nearby made exploring the surrounding areas very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the balcony-it's a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the city views. Overall, this apartment is perfect for anyone looking to experience Nice in comfort and style. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Un séjour à Nice agréable

Pros: L’accueil a l’appartement a été fait avant l’heure prévue, ce qui est très apprécié. Laurence a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de tous les appareils lors de notre c/in, on n’a pas eu de problèmes. La possibilité de faire de la lessive est aussi une bonne chose! Le bâtiment est très bien sécurisé et bien situé: à côté de la gare de Nice ( 10 minutes) et proche du centre-ville, de la vieille ville et la plage ( 20 minutes). On en a profité pour faire des escapades à Cannes, Antibes et Monaco.

Cons: Le seul inconvénient est que l’installation de l’air climatisé a demandé de tenir la porte du balcon entre-ouverte ce qui permet aux moustiques et au bruit de la rue de pénétrer dans l’appartement…
