Pros: Even though we received a detailed check-in video, they personally met us, escorted us to the apartment, and provided all the necessary information. That was helpfull.
Cons: It's a rather small detail, but a coat rack at the entrance would be nice.

Overall a great apartment, definitely can recommend!
Pros: The instructions on finding the keys and the apartment were clear and precise, and the apartment building was very easy to locate. The apartment itself was clean and bright and roomy enough. The location was perfect - as close to all the tram/bus stations and locations of interest as one would want. The air conditioning in every room was very useful in December. The smart TV and the Wi-Fi were working flawlessly (one could wish for some kind of an audio system as well but the TV sound is fine as well). Two separate showers and toilets is a really good bonus too. Overall the interior is quite modern and stylish and comfortable (including beds, but that is subjective…). The place was clean overall. The owners were attentive and helpful.
Cons: The shower doors could use with some proper insulation as water can spread on the floor. One of the showers is a bit too small. One of the linen pieces had a hole in it, which is a bit odd. In the late night/early morning there is a garbage truck coming to collect trash on the street that sounds a bit too loud in the apartment. The windows are modern but the street noise felt a bit too loud in the apartment. Maybe it is worth noting that upon our visit, on the first evening, two persons came by to the apartment looking for the owners as there seemed to be some kind of a conflict regarding payment… the situation was dealt with within a couple minutes on our end but it was quite unpleasant, and some of us felt unsafe in the apartment afterwards for a while.

Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the tram and train stations. We received wonderful hospitality. The beds are comfortable, and the living room is bright and well-equipped.
Cons: I would suggest adding a few hangers in the bathrooms, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Sort out the key code !!!
Pros: Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Very modern
Cons: When we arrived, had trouble finding the key safe. Although there were instructions, it wasn't overly clear that it would be tucked away on a bike stand, and also a bike was parked in front if it so virtually impossible to find !! Once we did find it (over 30 mins later) the code was wrong . I had to contact the owner, and again no answer to start with . Eventually , after 3 different numbers we got the key. Very stressed by this time . Apartment good, but shower screen was off the runners and left leant up on the side. My husband tried to put it back on, but still not properly fixed, so a bit of an issue all holiday. Also a pair of dirty old socks left in the tiny cupboard by the mirror just inside front door?,,? A new key code was sent to me the next day, which we presumed we would use on leaving, only to find we had to use one of the other codes we tried on arrival. All a little confusing ? If the key code and shower were sorted, it would have been a faultless stay

Perfect and excellent in every respect including location.
Pros: Duration of stay - 5th to 11th September with our 2 young adult daughters. The entire interiors of the apartment was excellent in every respect. The location was excellent. We found a small bottle of wine as a welcome. Host was always checking if everything was ok or we need any assistance.
Cons: Nothing negative about the apartment.

Best place
Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen, könnte nicht besser sein! Angenehme Wohngegend, auch abends unproblematisch. Unser vierter Trip nach Nizza, die bisher beste Wohnung.
Cons: Die Bäder sind schön, aber teilweise recht eng. Türen und Schubladen kommen sich in die Quere. Mehr fällt mir nicht ein.

Pros: Les hôtes sont joignables facilement ,ils répondent rapidement et sont très agréables !!! Le logement est très propre , bien situé à côté du Nice Etoile , proche des principales artères et du tram . Nous relouerons ce logement car pour nous il ne manquait rien ( il y a même un fer à repasser )

Pros: เราพักที่นี่ 9คืน ทำเลดีมาก มีร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อมากมายอยู่โดยรอบ ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า ห้องพักอยู่ชั้น 3 มีลิฟต์ให้ใช้แต่ตัวเล็กไปหน่อย ห้องสะอาดเรียบร้อยมาก ตกแต่งได้สวยงาม มี 2ห้องนอน 2ห้องน้ำ สำหรับ 4คน อยู่กันสบายๆไม่อึดอัด มีระเบียงวิวเมืองคือดีมาก มีราวตากผ้า มีเครื่องซักผ้า เตาปรุงอาหาร อุปกรณ์ของใช้ที่จำเป็นเกือบจะครบครัน อยู่ใกล้ป้ายรถบัส ใกล้ Tram สามารถเดินไปชายหาดสบายๆไม่ไกล 950เมตร ทุกเช้าเราออกไปวิ่งที่ชายหาดได้ระยะยาวๆคือบรรยากาศดีมาก ชอบมาก ถือว่าเป็นที่พักเกือบจะ Perfect พนักงานติดต่อทางแชทได้ตลอดๆ ถ้ามาครั้งหน้าก็จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ประทับใจมากๆแนะนำค่ะ
Cons: คำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น 1) อยากให้เปลี่ยนบานประตูกระจกสไลด์ในห้องน้ำ มันชำรุดหลุด 2) อยากให้เพิ่มผ้าเช็ดตัวและผ้าเช็ดหน้า สำรองให้ผู้เข้าพักอีกคนละ 1set สำหรับคนที่มาพักยาวๆอยู่หลายวัน 3) อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัว อยากให้มีมากกว่านี้ เช่น หม้อปรุงอาหาร ถ้วยชาม ให้มีหลายๆขนาด
