Vieux Nice a 2min de la mer

Cute studio in the centre of old town— close to beach and bars but protected from noise.

Pros: Cute, clean and in a great location. Perfect for a single traveller visiting Nice for the first time. Very good communication with the host.

Cons: Five flights of stairs with no elevator, the street did feel a little dodgy to return to late at night when I was alone, and the door lock seems a bit old (the key kept getting stuck in the lock and it was hard to remove it). I don’t think there was an aircon, which wasn’t an issue in April but could be in summer.

Pros: Location - dead smack in the centre of the old quarter. Beach for swimming across the road , walks, all the bars and eateries outside the front door. Beautifully Appointed and good comms with owner. Thank you

Cons: Lots of stairs but worth the climb. Just take an overnight kit.

Amazing holiday!

Pros: Apartament located in the heart of Nice Old Town,very close to the bars and restaurants,very close to the beach also, the building is old but the apartment is very nice and clean,very spacious with lots of kitchen accessories for cooking if someone intrested,I personally didn't used it,a pods coffee machine which I did used just perfect to start the day. Very busy city with lots of attractions and we used the apartment more for sleeping,is perfect,I hardly recommend it.

Cons: Located at the level 5 of the building and no elevator /lift, if you carry a havy luggage is going to be a good exercise for legs,but I loved it.

L'appartement est vraiment top si vous venez séjourner en couple pour profiter de la veille ville

Pros: Emplacement idéal si vous souhaitez allier plage, restaurants et vie nocturne

Cons: Un peu moins la vie nocturne car j'étais en déplacement pour le travail, mais j'aurai dû y penser en venant dans la vieille ville...

Pros: Tout est prêt dans l'appart, super propre et propriétaire sympa avec une communication au top.

Cons: 5e étage sans ascenseur, aucun problème pour moi, mais cela pourrait peut être poser problème à certaines personnes.

Pros: Nel centro della città, zona perfetta. Casa luminosa e silenziosa, tutto nuovo e ben ammobiliato. Perfetto tutto!

Pros: es hat eine sehr zentrale lage und sehr gute kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Cons: Im Sommer sehr heiss da kein AC, kein Lift für 5 geschosse (steht jedoch alles in der beschreibung!!!)

Pros: 太喜欢太喜欢这个民宿了！房东很负责很好沟通！公寓是老城老房子翻新的，设备很新很舒服有品味～超级满意～唯一缺点是没有电梯每天爬五楼还是有点累～临街晚上有酒鬼经过会吵但是我睡眠很好所以没所谓～

Cons: 沐浴露和洗发水短缺。但是有防晒霜和止汗喷雾，很贴心❤️

Great place to stay, perfect location, the surrounding area is a bit strange though.

Pros: The apartment is exactly as in the photographs. A nice and cozy place, very clean and well maintained. The host was super understanding and with a lovely attitude.

Cons: The area in which the apparment is doesn't feel safe. The building itself is old and feels a bit unsafe.

Pros: Casa piccola, ma molto carina. La posizione è preticamente perfetta, il titolare è un ragazzo super.

Cons: Unica pecca della casa sono i 5 piani a piedi per arrivarci
