Appartement au centre de Nice

Pros: We found the host to be kind, professional and easy to deal with. We loved the apartment, as it was spacious with plenty of light and well-maintained and cared-for. Very convenient location for access to Liberation market, tram stop and railway station.

Beautiful views, great food, and a perfect mix of relaxation and culture. Highly recommended!

Pros: Perfect location, 1 minute to tram station and 4-5 minutes to Nice Ville train station. Walking distance to the most important touristic objectives. Nice old building with specific charm, and the boulevard is not circulated by cars. The pictures with the apartment are accurate. It was perfect for our needs during our 5 nights stay and we highly recommend it!

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, just next to the tram stop, and the beautiful open market on Libération. 10 minutes on foot from the main train station, 5 minutes from the Chemin de Fer de Provence train station, it's Ideal for exploring the city and the region. The flat is really well equiped, has the feel of a lived-in appartment with every utility. Contact with the host was positive and efficient. They were really helpfull and welcoming.

Cons: Just something to be aware off: The wall separating the living room from the neighbours is a bit thin, and even small chatter can be heard. The same, however, does not apply to the bedroom which feels well insulated.

A very friendly, central and nice place to stay for a trip to Nice.

Pros: The location was very central with good access to food shops and public transport, as well as being not too far to walk to the beach. The flat itself was roomy and very nice and included what we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and easy to contact about anything related to the flat.

Pros: The best location possible and with plenty amenities

Pros: The apartment is central located, just 5 minutes walk to the train station, very convenient for traveling around. A Carrefour is also located next door, enough to buy something for the daily needs. Downstairs of the apartment there are local vegetable market und local restaurants, which let you feel the pulse of local life but it is not noisy at all. The dining room of the apartment is big and one can take a good rest after a busy visiting day. The landlord is nice, who provides information timely and even come for saying goodbye to us and make our Nice holiday a good finish.

Nice experience for a family with two children

Pros: Great location, a few meter from the tram station. Spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cool ambient lights, air conditioning.

Brilliant stay, exceeded all my expectations!

Pros: Location couldn't be better, and fun to try living in one of those historical houses with super high ceilings and feel part of the city. Lots of space. Clean. Fully equipped kitchen with the large fridge (I travelled with 4.5 yo child so needed to cook what he eats). Host is the best, very flexible, kind and responses immediately!

Cons: For me all was great. Yes it's not shiny new (neither the house nor the flat), but it's perfectly clean and very convenient, and all is working. If you want something just renovated, probably not the right place; for me it didn't matter

Pros: Very friendly staff 💜. Appartment was exactly like shown in the pictures. Perfect location 😍, with tramstop in front of the house. Only three stops away from the old town. If you want to walk, it is only 15-20 minutes to Plaçe Massena. Near the railway station as well. Inside the appartment everything you need. Very peacefull and quiet. I highly recommend this place for all.
