Pros: Everything...great location parking is not easy but also not so difficult once you get to know the streets and the system

Pros: Excelent property, walking distance from Niece center or esplanade. Everything is new, well renovated, great host - we met and he gave me a small tour. Safe zone, in proximity of markets but great coffee shops for breakfast and brunch, comfy bed, hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, very good price compared to Niece hotels. Had a great 3 night stay - close to Gare de Niece Ville where you can take a train to either Cannes or Monte Carlo. Pros: The apartment is excellent. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, only a 5-minute walk from the sea. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: Cosy apartment ideal for a couple, perfectly modern refurbished and equpped, with everything necessary quite for a long periode. Very closed to Promenade des Anglais, quit and clean area. A place which you want to have everytime you travel. I’ve met an amazing host, Thierry. Highly recommend this lovely place. Can’t wait to come back at Tres Joli! Thanks a lot, mate, you help us have one of the best holiday, ever!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nice. The apartment is new, fully equipped with everything you might need. We were welcomed with drinks, which was a lovely touch. There is a market just 20 meters away, the beach is nearby, and the hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly come back again!

Cool appartment by the beach,
Pros: The appartment is really well equipped, with plenty of cuttlery, pots, plate, cups, and appliances (air conditioning too), and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable. Thierry is most helpful, I just commented on a couple of things and he made them happen without me even really asking. He pays attention to detail, which is rare in this business.
Cons: The appartment is a bit dark (also fresh in the summer, which is related and a plus), I missed one more pan, maybe.

Appartement fonctionnel et idéalement situé dans le centre de Nice
Pros: - L'amabilité et l'accueil de notre hôte - Sa compréhension vis à vis d'un verre ébreché - présence d'un lave-vaisselle ET lave-linge - la propreté du logement - la localisation (10 min à pied du centre historique) - la cabine de douche très spacieuse et agréable. - Aucun bruit venant de la rue : l'appartement donne entièrement sur une cour intérieure.
Cons: Nous regrettons - l'absence d'une vraie table à manger (il existe des modèles pliants chez Ikea qui feraient l'affaire) - Une isolation sonore vis à vis des autres logements de l'immeuble qui n'est pas bonne : on entend l'eau des canalisations de l'appartement du dessus dans l'espace à coucher (au point d'avoir l'impression qu'une simple cloison nous sépare alors qu'il s'agit d'un étage), ainsi que les conversations ou pleurs d'enfants. - une trop grande sensibilité de l'écran tactile du radiateur electrique de la salle de douche : le moindre effleurement d'une serviette change les réglages et nous avons galéré pour le séchage des serviettes à certains moments.
