Magnifiques Appartements au coeur du Vieux Nice

Pros: The apartment is located centrally in Old Town, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is clean and well equipped with the necessities that we need, including a washing machine for our stay. The owner - Robert is very responsive, and he prepared a simple guide for check-in and check out, making our stay pleasant without any hassle. Nice is a wonderful place to visit, but the only setback is the strike taking place on Sep 18 when we need to fly.

Pros: The apartment had everything a family needs. All equipment were new, clean and functioning well. The location of the apartment is in the old town and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the owners were very kind. We did not meet them but they reached with messages, the checking in and out was very easy and straightforward

Cons: The hot water seemed to run out fast. It was not a real problem but we noticed that after two showers we had to wait quite some time to get hot water again. The apartment has windows but no view so you really want to use it just to sleep. It is small and for a family of 4 like us you want to be out the rest of the time

Pros: The location is excellent , the apartment is well equipped. But most of all, the owners were exceptionally nice , with an early check-in that they offered and a (very late) checkout that they accommodated as we had the train living nice at 3pm.

Pros: The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and well located in the old town close to all amenities.

Cons: It would be good to have additional mirrors close to plug sockets. The light sensor in the hall area would be better if it turned off completely when nobody is around as it’s bright in the night for the bedroom areas. These are not complaints just suggestions as we loved the apartment.

Very helpful host who answered all our questions very quickly. Wonderful position for the town and close parking.

Pros: Excellent location but a little noisy from the street. Nice to have a fan but could get very hot in the middle of summer so air conditioning would be good.

Cons: A little dark and could have done with another hand towel as well as a shower towel.

Pros: The apartment is very well set up and was clean and comfortable and right in the Old Town so very well positioned.

Cons: The 4 flights of stairs with suitcases is hard but worth it for where you are

Pros: Location Location in the heart of Old town on a quiet street, tram, shops and restaurants are right there it's just a couple of minutes from the Promanade. The apartment was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, The owner was very helpful and accomadating We had a fabulous time. 100% recommend this apartment
