Brilliant location and helpful owners

Pros: A lovely apartment with everything you need. Well located - walking distance to the beachfront and train station, with excellent restaurants close by. The owners were very helpful when I was unwell, which I appreciate.

Comfortable stay close to the city centre

Pros: Nice, comfortable apartment near the city centre. It had all the amenities needed and everything worked as it should. The sofa bed was a good addition and surprisingly comfortable.

Cons: There could have been an extra duvet for the sofa bed instead of regular blankets.

Cons: The apartment is starting to feel a bit tired around the edges. A few minor jobs need doing to bring it back to its best.

Fabulous place an a beautiful city

Pros: Great location. Beautifully decorated and it has everything you need. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will be back.

Cons: Nothing. Door to balcony is a bit temperamental but we mastered it.

Pros: Perfect location for exploring Nice and surrounding areas! Very spacious apartment with high ceilings, felt relaxed and at home during our stay! Early morning coffee on the balcony was the best way to start the day!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and exceptional location, close to the walking center of the city and everything that we needed. One bedroom and a sofa, enough space for 4 people. If we visit Nice again, definitely will stay here again.
