Pros: Alexandre was so nice, he gave us directions when we left the airport to the apartment, and he was always there to answer to any questions that we had related to the city. The apartment was extremely clean, he provided everything we needed and even to go to the beach. The location is awesome, close to vieux Nice, to the beach, to the tram and to a lot of restaurants.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros: Had a deep fryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine etc.

Cons: Back door did not lock going into the courtyard. The drapes by the back yard did not close for privacy. Can see into the bedroom.

Pros: L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto ed è dotato di tutti i servizi, sia per la cucina che per il bagno. I letti sono molto comodi e anche coi cuscini ci siamo trovati bene. Si trova in centro, a due passi dalle strade principali e a 5' dal mare. Nonostante la zona molto centrale, non è assolutamente rumoroso. Si trova davanti al parcheggio delle bici elettriche, quindi molto comodo. Il parcheggio nella zona è difficile, ma a 50m dall'appartamento c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo molto comodo. Alexandre è stato molto disponibile sia prima del soggiorno, che durante.

Cons: Quando le finestre rimangono chiuse a lungo, alle volte nell'appartamento si sente un odore proveniente (credo) dal giardino, ma abbiamo risolto aprendo con frequenza la finestre del bagno e la porta finestra per cambiare l'aria. Non lo considero un problema insormontabile.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, super bequem und hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Alexandre war ein großartiger Gastgeber, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps. Eine rundum perfekte Erfahrung. Ich kann das Apartment und Alexandre als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The bed was cozy and the location absolutely unbeatable. Alexandre was a fantastic host: helpful, always available, and full of great tips. A truly excellent experience. I can highly recommend both the apartment and Alexandre as a host!
