A great place to stay

Pros: Small but very comfortable appartment. Very close to the beach and to the tram that takes you to the city centre. The host was very kind and reacted super fast when we had a question

Lovely mini home in Nice

Pros: Nice little studio, furnished in contemporary IKEA style, close to the beach and public transport.

Cons: The mattress is terribly soft, and the apartment needs some ‘common sense’ additions, like small plates in the kitchen, a knife to cut bread (or anything!), small towels, and a towel holder on the balcony for your beach stuff.

Pros: La clarté et la propreté, le rapport qualité prix, la proximité du tram pour aller en ville, le parking devant le logement.

Cons: Il est dommage que rien ne soit installé derrière le portail pour combler la grosse flaque d'eau qui apparaît après la pluie, ça éviterait de rentrer de la boue.

Pros: Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, grande plus la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto, in una zona come Nizza in cui è molto difficile. Staff molto gentile, pienamente soddisfatta!

Pros: Studio très bien aménagé on s'y sent bien , et la climatisation est très appréciable avec les grosses chaleur

Cons: Le matelas est un peu trop mou Et peut être mettre a disposition un support pour le linge lorsque doit mettre à sécher les serviettes sur le balcon 🤩😉
