Cozy appartement

Pros: Good reception by the owner, we found everything we needed for our stay, the appartment was clean, well designed and there's plenty of space for 3 guests. The location is close to everything you need, especially the beach, tramway and bus stations which are 2 mins walk away

Cons: You can hear the sound of air planes taking off or landing from the airport at night which can wake you up at night if you. But it's not that important since the location is perfect.

Really good stay

Pros: The apartman was great,the apartment was super well equipped, we received shower gel, sampoo, toothpaste, coffee… things which normally you do not except. It was clean. Good location, center a bit further but we went by walk. The sofa is good enough to sleep in it.

Cons: It would have been great if they prepare the sofa as well as a bed. (We booked for 4)

Pros: We liked the location-it was just a few mins from the beach, tram station and Carefour. The apartment is perfectly equipped-there is literally everything you need-kitchen with all utilities, tea coffee, oil, different kinds of spices,salt sugar, so you can cook, have a tea or coffee. There is hair dryer,hair straightener, tooth paste, shampoo,shower gel..everything!

Cons: The apartment would need some renovations but it was clean.

short stay on the long travel

Pros: Nice location, comfortable apartment. Close to tram ad train. Bit small, but finally gives enough space during the stay.

Cons: Parking garage low, and the parking place is quite narrow. Bathroom needs refreshing. Door to bedroom cannot be closed, as the bed is blocking. We had to wait several minutes for the owner on the street.

conveniant accomodation close to Promenade des Anglais, ideal size for max 4 people

Pros: Location of the appartment, close to tramwax station, size of the appartment, Carrefour hypermaket in the vicinity, small bakery and Lebanese buffet

Pros: Well equipped - toiletries, kitchen, towels, bedding etc. Location is good for tram into Nice, airport and quiet little beachfront area. Price. Was given early check in by 4 hours for free.

Cons: No air con. So hot and sweaty.

The most excellent superb apartment in the best location for all travel needs and 100% worth it!

Pros: Excellent location near airport and city centre. Tram a few minutes walk. Tram to Le Port to catch a bus to Monaco. Shops and supermarkets galore. Host was excellent. Facilities great and neighbourhood amazing.

Cons: We did not stay long enough!

Pros: Great flat, clean, looks exactly as it shows on booking, there was a little problem with the shower after few days, host took the resposability, solved everything on time, made us feel comfortable and secure, 100% recommended!
