Very comfortable situated! Near to Promenade des anglais and closo to tram station

Pros: It’s very clean and cute apartments! Where you will find absolutely ALL that you might need- all the kitchen accessories and all the kinds of dishes and glasses and cups! Comfortable bed and divan, air condition in every room. All design is very cozy and cute! Also there are wash machine and dishwasher! Also vacuum cleaner! So you don’t need absolutely anything else!!!

Pros: My wife and I stayed here with our 3yo and loved it. The apartment was nice and clean, and the air conditioning works 👌. Really convinient location close to the airport, and a supermarket around the corner. We really liked the closest beach which was cleaner and less busy than the beaches closer to the center (and also has beach volleyball and a sand section). Only a 15-20 minute tram or bus ride to the center. Great spot if you're looking for somewhere a bit quieter. The host was very friendly, communicative, and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The walls to the neighbouring apartment are fairly thin and we had a complaint (banging on the walls) when our daughter was singing at 8pm or so on the first night. After that we tried to keep it down and it was all good.

Pros: Struttura nuova, pulita, con parcheggio privato e rapporto qualità prezzo top. Vicino alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici

Cons: Divano letto un po’ difficile da aprire, per il resto nulla da dire

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer, Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Apotheke gegenüber.

Pros: Bonne situation. Très proche des commerces et de la promenade des anglais. Appartement spacieux et calme.

Beautiful renovated apartment in the heart of Nice

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The host was the best! Very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The self check in and out process was very easy and convenient. The apartment is very clean, renovated, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped, and has a private parking on site. The location is exceptional, right in the middle of Nice, with carrefour and a bunch of bakeries within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and were able to do day trips and explore the different cities in French Riviera. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Nice.

Pros: Séjour de 2 jours à Nice agréable. Appartement moderne, propre et bien entretenu, situé à proximité des transports en commun et de l’aéroport. Parking privé très pratique.

Cons: Un peu à l’étroit dans la chambre des maîtres. Prix dispendieux mais comme partout à Nice!

Pros: Хорошее расположение. Два больших Супермаркета в 5 минутах ходьбы. Также в шаговой доступности пляж и набережная. Удобный выезд на основные дороги. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям.

Pros: posizione favolosa perché molto vicina alla spiaggia. Distante dal centro ma i mezzi di trasporto erano a un passo dall'alloggio. Casa funzionale e molto pulita . un po' di difficolta nell'aprire il divano letto.

Cons: il divano letto: veramente complicato aprirlo.
