Perfect!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this top-floor apartment with a beautiful sea view. The balcony was a true highlight — spacious, nicely furnished, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. I really appreciated the house; and the decorations added a lot of charm. The kitchen was also excellent — very well equipped and thoughtfully organized, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable even on hotter days. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended

Отличный отдых

Pros: Очень хороший ремонт, суперские балконы и лежанки на них. Рядом магазин, аптека, 5 минут выход к морю, 2 остановки и аэропорт, вокзал. Супер место

Cons: Чистота, на балконах волосы, ковры стоит заменить, ванной тоже есть старые ржавчины. Можно сделать косметический ремонт. И вид написано с балкона на море, но его видно краем глаза со стороны.

Pros: Si, es un alojamiento bien decorado (quizás demasiado), con todos los electrodomésticos y accesorios necesarios y con gusto.

Cons: Quizás el descanso, la cama es mejorable, las almohadas demasiado gruesas y no muy cómodas y si vais más de 2 el sofá cama no es muy cómodo para varios días.

Pros: Lokacija je odlična: blizu je plaža, blizu su tramvajska i autobuska stajališta koja vode u centar Nice, blizu je veliki supermarket, pekare, restorani...Šetalište pored mora je na 5 minuta od stana, a tu je i biciklistička staza. Apartman je savršeno opremljen, sve pohvale. Terasa prostrana i lepo sređena., poseduje ležaljke i sprave za vežbanje...divan pogled na more sa svih strana..💞

Cons: Nedostajao je jedan mali detalj: lonče za tursku kafu🥰
