A good place to stay

Pros: The apartment has very good localtion in the good neighborhood and is close to the beach. In the apartment was all that we needed. We were introduced at first to the apartment and contact with the host later on was also great. It was clean and rather quiet place. Overall not bad place if you don't have big expectations and you don't want something affordable.

Cons: The apartment is small but for us it was ok. One problem can occur when taking a shower, there is not much space there. A bigger person can have problems getting into the cabin. Another problem is that during the summer the apartment rooms are heating up drastically. Fortunetaly there is an AC in the good condition so that helped.

Pros: Poziția apartamentului. Locația se afla în mijlocul stațiunii, la 400 500 m de plaja, 1,9 km de gara (Monaco, Cannes), 1,5 km de centru, multe restaurante, fast food uri în zona

Cons: -Gazda ffff nesimtita nu a raspuns la telefon si maill la sosirea în Nisa crezând ca am fost înșelat. -A cerut 40 euro doar pentru ca a pus la dispoziție prosoape și cearceafuri și nici nu a făcut curat. - nu a schimbat în 5 zile niciodată lenjeria (am spălat pe cont propriu) - mărimea apartamentului ( dormitorul3/3 și 3/3 cealaltă camera) - aparatul de aer condiționat foarte vechi, montat la nivelul patului. Nu l poți folosi când dormi sau ai canapeaua întinsă Recomand doar pentru poziția din statiune
