Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Kind and attentive staff. She tells everything you need in Nice. When sending a message, reply is very quick. Room is clean and nice. Location is good. Close to a tram station. Calm place. Close to a nice garden.

Cons: Nothing. Washing machine seems to need some fix. When I sent a message about it, staff offered to pass by to see. I did not need to use very much, so I leave it. I guess It would be fixed.

Pros: The location of the appartment is super! Just a few min to the sea. Plenty of bars, cafe, supernarkets and others around. The landlord is one of the best! Great comms, recommendations etc.

Sweet 1 room apartment near the sea

Pros: Very well equipped and extremely clean 1 room apartment, which is located nor very far from the sea. Communication with Brigitte is very easy and very friendly. She is always answering very fast and can help with recommendations for the city. This apartment is 100% recommendable.

Pros: Small cozy apartment located in great part of the city, close to sea and hotel Le Negresco. Place is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Brigitte, the host, was very nice and helpful with apartment, places to visit, eat, see... She is amazing and we would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The host was super friendly and she provided us with travel information, tourist information about Nice and Monaco and she was available 24/7. The host also provided us with free items such as wine, cookies, pâte, coffee, tea .. etc, to make our stay pleasant! Definitely recommend it!

Well equipped studio in perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, shops, restaurants, tram, seafront and promenade all within 10min walking distance. Property well equipped and clean. Everything works as it should be. Very helpful host

Cons: Nothing really to mention. Just might flat looked bit more modern in pictures than in reality, but still meet all our expectations.

Pros: Location was good as quiet but within easy walk to promenade or main train station and the tram from the airport stopped 3 minutes walk away. Host is the best one we've ever come across - nothing is too much trouble and she gave masses of information to help getting there and during our stay

Cons: Photos suggest an area to sit out but this appt is on the 8th floor, which didn't matter to us

Lovely flat in a great location

Pros: Lovely residential area, 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 to the centre of Nice. Host was so friendly and very helpful at all times. Flat is very clean and well equipped. Host accepts pets!

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning
