Cosy studio en face de la gare

great stay, would recommend

Pros: Location was perfect for us, right across the train station so we could easily visit other beautiful places in riviera. The apartment was well-equipped, it had everything we needed and looked better than the photos. The host was very nice, even let us checkout at 13h even though the official checkout time is 11h.

Pros: Good facilities with everything in place especially the excellent location. Owner very kind n offered to refund the balance as I need to move out early.

Pros: Location fantastic right opposite the railway station and supermarkets close by. The apartment had recently been refurbished and the fridge and cooker and microwave were spotless.

Cons: A corkscrew would have helped I had to buy one and left it there.

Pros: This is a well-appointed studio with everything that you would need for a short stay, including toiletries and Nespresso capsules!. Sofa bed is very easy to open and close and also comfortable. The whole studoo was also spotlessly clean. Very conveniently located a short walk from the railway station, 5 mins to the new town, and 20 to the old town/ sea front. Great communication with the hosts, clear communication, and no issues with checking in. They also kindly allowed a late check out the following day for me. Recommended.

Pros: It is a small but very nice apartment. Perfect für staying a few days. Location is also great. It is next to the train station which is great for trips to nearby cities.

Estúdio simpático e muito central em Nice

Pros: Ficámos neste estúdio muito bem localizado, em frente à estação de comboios e muito perto do centro. É um bom alojamento para 1/3 noites. Tem uma kitchenette, o que permite comer no estúdio. Os anfitriões são espetaculares, dando algumas informações de locais para visitar, e estando sempre disponíveis para tratar de qualquer assunto relacionado com o alojamento. Também nos permitiram deixar a bagagem guardada no dia da partida.

Cons: O colchão podia ser mais confortável., principalmente quando dormem duas pessoas. É um sofá cama, mas melhor do que os sofás - cama habituais.. Ainda assim, um colchão mais duro favorecia a dormida.

Très bonne expérience

Pros: Studio très bien situé à deux pas de la gare sncf et à 15 minutes de la place Masséna …il y a tout les commerces nécessaires ( boulangerie, supérettes, shopping…) L’aménagement du studio est très fonctionnel et propre.

Agréable séjour

Pros: Appartement bien placé et bien agencé,petit mais vraiment tout ce qu'il faut Un petit cahier d'explications pour les appareils serait approprié !

Cons: Bruyant la nuit dans l'immeuble,portes qui claquent et quartier animé tard le soir

Muitos confortável

Pros: Estúdio pequeno mas muito confortável e acolhedor. Apesar de ser sofá-cama, o colchão era grande e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada, com tudo o que precisamos durante a estadia. Muito bem localizado e a anfitriã é excelente e muito prestável.

Cons: Uma pequena falha na cabine de chuveiro que faz com que verta água para o chão da casa de banho enquanto tomamos duche, mas nada que não se resolva.
