Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the Airbnb. 6

Pros: Central position in Old Town, short distance from Nice Airport. Many bars and restaurants surrounding the apartment. two showers in the apartment Host Audrey was very good, was available throughout and very responsive. Would recommend this apartment for couples wishing to stay in Central Nice for a few days.

Cons: Too noisy, especially when windows were open. Was advised to not put fans on but to open windows, however besides the noise outside, the heat was too much. Steep stairs, difficult to climb with suitcases. Garbage location is quite far away. No dishwasher tablets available, previous tenant left dishes unwashed in dishwasher but cleaners had not noticed when preparing apartment for our stay. Not enough shower amenities for our 3 night stay, photos showed big canisters of shower amenities but this was not the case

Nice is a relaxing welcoming city!

Pros: Authenticity is lovely! In the middle of town everything on your doorstep. Lovely appartment for 4 people. Everything you need for your stay in Nice.

Cons: Noise from the pubs on both sides of the property. Woken every evening by people drinking at 4:00! Why the pubs Are open so late I dont understand!

Pros: Espectacular location, good space, clean, good commodities (laundry, kitchen), good noise cancelling (there are few bars downstairs)

Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable, only one toilet

Joli appartement bien cosy mais aussi bien situe.

Pros: Appartement super, chaque piece a ete faite avec gout. Logement tres propre et fonctionnel. Emplacement au top. Audrey est disponible et reactive tout au long du sejour, meme apres. Immersion totale dans le vieux nice. Parc pour enfant juste a cote 😉😉

Cons: Bruyant la nuit vu l emplacement mais cela vaut le coup. On tombe ko a la fin de la journee tellement il y a de quoi s occuper.
