Perfect place with everything that you need

Pros: Everything absolutely perfect. Don’t expect a big place but everything is there. Super relaxed and clean. Instructions easy and location perfect. Great shutters for the windows make the room very dark and quiet.

Great location and good value for money.

Pros: Location was excellent. Right near a metro, so close to to the promenade, near a patisserie and a supermarket. Well laid out with everything that’s needed. Good security for the apartment complex.

Cons: Could be awkward if sharing with someone other than your own partner as it is vey cozy but it was fine for us.

Pros: Perfect accommodation for a perfect holiday. Public beach, supermarket, tram stop are next to the flat. The apartment is well-equipped and the owners, Audrey and Riccardo are super kind and helpful :)

Value for money property centrally located.

Pros: Location was excellent. Good communication from hosts before arrival and on one occasion needed assistance during our stay, hosts phoned back reasonably quickly. Clean accommodation. Good shower. Room was reasonable size. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch - we don't drink so just left it. Easy tram journey L2 from airport drops you outside the block.

Cons: No instructions provided for any of the appliances made it difficult when operating for the first time. Never used Vigik before to enter the block, but was easy when you know how, so couldn't get into the block until another resident showed me how to open the door. And as many others have stated, the balcony / terrace was difficult to get out onto - had to use a small step ladder to clamber out of the window. Not so easy for older people, or people with problems with their legs. But the terrace was nice when you eventually get out onto it.

What a great place

Pros: I stayed for five nights. The studio apartment was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. The sofa bed is really comfortable and it's a quiet apartment, I had no problems whatsoever and I would highly recommend. .

Pros: Fantastic apartment! There was literally everything: dishes, appliances, tea and snacks, household utensils. Very clean and cozy house. The location is excellent, there are many shops around, the embankment is nearby. The owners were always in touch. Thank you, good luck to you 🤗
