Our host Magarida was wonderful. She and her brother have a beautiful property!
Pros: Breakfast was delicious with an assortment of friut, pastries, meats, cheese, eggs and drinks. Everything was very fresh. Our host Magarida was wonderful. She told us the history of the property and how she and her brother made it into what is is today. We stayed in Bungalow 3. The pictures on line do not do it justice! It is spacious, well appointed and the view is to die for.
Cons: We liked everything about our unit! I would suggest a couple actual coffe cups in the unit.

Pros: Pour avoir une meilleure note, une machine type nespresso aurait été appréciée. Un peu trop bruyant, voisin avec bébé et bruit nocturne de personnes en ébrillétée avancée.

Finalmente estuvieron resolutivos.
Pros: La súper terraza que nos facilito My Casa con el otro apartamento.
Cons: Quedarnos todo un día sin luz , trasladarnos nuevamente a otro apartamento ,pagar gastos extraordinarios en restaurante y taxi para trasladarnos. Pero finalmente la agencia nos facilito otro apartamento q estaba súper bien. Además de dejarnos más tiempo de estar en el apartamento a la hora de salida.

It was our first time in Nice and we had a great time.
Pros: The property was in a great location, with restaurants and food markets all around, easy access to the beach and Niceville train station for a day trip to Monaco. It was small but we knew from the pictures. Because the reviews and procedures state you have to go to another office to get the keys, we alleviated this through our chats by having the management take a security deposit electronically who then arranged a taxi pick up and deliver us right to the apartment. Yes, it cost more, but it was worth it to not have to go to the office to obtain the keys with all our luggage.
Cons: The property mentions an elevator. However, the elevator is in the stairwell and was built after the fact. We are seniors, and we had to lug our luggage up 10 flights of steps to get to the elevator and then lug the luggage up another 10 flight of steps after we got off the elevator to get to the apartment. Had we known it wasn’t a “regular elevator” with direct ground floor access perhaps we would not have rented this apartment. The terrace is great but can be slippery in the rain to retrieve clothing rack for example.

Нам понравилось! Терраса большая. Все достопримечательности, море, магазины - рядом.
Pros: При заезде надо было вначале идти в главную контору. Так как мы не очень хорошо знаем английский (тем более французский ) язык, были сложности с пониманием. По навигатору нашли нужный адрес, но не сразу нашли нужную дверь в квартиру. Не было никаких опознавательных данных. Но мы справились.
Cons: Номер больше рассчитан на двоих. Втроем было тесновато. Диван не был застелен. Пришлось самим искать пастельное белье. Диван , подушка и одеяло для 3-го человека были пыльными. Не очень понятно, что за собой надо было все убрать (посуду вымыть, мусор выкинуть) Ключ на 3-х был только один.

Sehr gute Lage mit gewissen Abstrichen
Pros: Sehr gute Lage in einem belebten jedoch trotzdem ruhigen Viertel.
Cons: Der Schlüssel ist in einer Agentur zu holen, die ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Appartement entfernt liegt. Offensichtlich sind gleich 2 Agenturen an der Vermietung beteiligt: die Agentur vor Ort und Booking. Die Filtermaschine war nicht sehr appetitlich , sodass wir Instantkaffee gekauft haben. Im Kühlschrank fehlte die Inneneinrichtung. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. Bett und Bad waren hingegen sehr zufriedenstellend.
