Cosy 2P Promenade des Anglais

Great stay in a lovely spot!

Pros: Great location! Out of the hustle and bustle of the city but right by the tram line that goes directly to it. Perfect right by the beach (right across the road), and all that we needed: the tram line, simple supermarkets, bakery, quieter restaurants. Spacious, clean and tidy apartment, very happy with our stay.

Cons: Not to do with the apartment itself, but when going out to the common foyer of the building would sometimes smell of cigarette (obviously a neighbour or their guest were smoking inside their apartment, or the smell wafted in)

Relaxing chill stay for a couple

Pros: Location was good, we actually walked from the airport to the apartment only took 35min. Then for travelling more central there is a tram line right behind. View was amazing and cooking facilities were great. Very spacious apartment, checking in was easy and efficient.

Cons: Bring along your own toiletries and towels, there is a spar 4min walk if you forget anything.

Pros: the location was great with amazing views but also quiet.

Cons: nothing really, except it is not within walking distance of town but with a good tram service.

The stay was comfortable overall, though it lacked a bit of personal attention or thoughtful detail.

Pros: Close to beach promenade Nice and clean one bed room apartment with a living room and kitchen. Very vlose to grocery shops and tram stations . Bus stand is 1 minute walk .

Cons: The sofa bed was not comfortable for 2 persons as it bends towards centre . The kitchen had some utensils but we wanted a bigger pan for making our breakfast and specifically asked for it . It was not attended to .

Excellent séjour à Nice

Pros: Résidence confortable idéalement située en face de la mer et de la fameuse promenade des Anglais bien desservie par les moyens de transports. .

Cons: J'ai pas apprécié Alors la du tout les horaires du check out à 10 heures que je trouve très tôt et pas normal car dans la plupart des établissements et hôtels la norme est à 12 heures et en plus le check in est à 16 heures!!! et le manque de flexibilité des responsables de la résidence malgré nos sollicitations. Deuxième point important il faut faire très attention avec la propreté car il y a de la poussière sur le bord et sous le lit et surtout les télécommandes de télé sont très sales et colles à la main.

Ihana loma Nizzassa

Pros: Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Asunto on siisti ja puhdas. Koska meri oli kadun toisella puolella oli ihana käydä meressä aamulla ja yöllä uimassa. Vaikka keskustaan on jonkin verran matkaa niin bussi ja raitiovaunu pysäkit ovat ihan vieressä joten se ei haitannut.

Cons: Avaimia oli vain yhdet käytössämme ja se aiheutti hieman hankaluuksia kulkemiselle. Kahdet avaimet helpottaisivat asumista ja kulkemista.

Pros: Świetny wybór – idealna lokalizacja i komfort! Na początku miałam pewne obawy, rezerwując apartament, który miał wcześniej tylko jedną recenzję, ale zupełnie niepotrzebnie! Miejsce okazało się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Apartament znajduje się w fantastycznej lokalizacji – tuż przy Promenadzie Anglików w Nicei, co oznacza wspaniały widok na morze i możliwość podziwiania wschodów słońca prosto z salonu. Znajduje się na parterze, co było bardzo wygodne. Z drugiej strony apartamentu znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, co okazało się ogromnym plusem – tramwaje świetnie skomunikowane zarówno z lotniskiem, jak i centrum miasta, dzięki czemu poruszanie się po Nicei było niezwykle wygodne. Sam apartament bardzo schludny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – naprawdę niczego nam nie brakowało. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, a nawet lepsze niż się spodziewaliśmy. Spędziliśmy tu fantastyczny czas i na pewno wrócimy! Serdecznie polecam!
