Heart of the Old City - Nice

Great place to stay in the heart of old Nice

Pros: Amazing location in old town, spacious apartment in the French style, well sound-proofed, overlooking Rue de Marche. Very well equipped apart from no tea towel.

Cons: Description should include much more prominently that it is up four significant flights of stairs Arrival - had to find a lock box chained to some railings in an alley nearby, and let myself in. The instructions were very clear , but I guess (as a single woman travelling alone) this was a bit sub-optimal for me, arriving in an unfamiliar place in the dark. Safety - Communal staircase seemed quite run down. Not sure whether there were either communal block or individual flat smoke detectors/fire alarms - I didn't see any - and no emergency lighting or signage in stairwell

Pros: Apartment center of nice and all major spots. can be reached via walk. Comfortable and has all amenities. Caretaker was helpful.

Cons: Stairs. Apartment is in 4th floor. However caretaker informed. But stairs are little difficult to climb. Wifi no range in bedroom.

Marvelous

Pros: We truly enjoyed our short stay in this cozy apartment. The location was very suitable, right in the heart of Nice, with a very warm, helpful, and attentive Host. We enjoyed the surroundings, and the beach was also quite close, even closer than indicated on Booking. Do not be afraid of city center noise; the house windows are totally soundproof. When the windows were closed, we didn't know we were in the city center at all. Everything you need is in the house, a small but surprisingly fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, tableware, and whatnots. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the building's courtyard, which is also very good, as this side is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Cons: A small drying rack inside the balcony would be nice for a quick drying of wet swimsuits, etc.

Pros: Idealna lokalizacja. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym. Mieszkanie ma wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebna na pobyt na kilka dni.

Sentralt i gamlebyen

Pros: Bra beliggenhet, veldig sentralt. Deilig med air condition. Bra utstyrt kjøkken. Bra størrelse. Stort kjøleskap, bra fryser. Kort vei til parkeringshus. Stille og rolig i leiligheten.

Cons: Det manglet overmadrass til sofaen i stua, så den var veldig hard å sove på. Toalettet var litt tregt å dra ned i.

Luz y óptimas condiciones para el descanso, en el mismo centro del casco viejo de Niza.

Pros: La ubicación extraordinaria, los techos altos del apartamento, lo amplio, luminoso y cómodo del salón y del dormitorio. Muy bien equipada la cocina. Práctica la lavadora-secadora. El aire acondicionado estaba solo en el dormitorio pero los techos altos contribuían a que se distribuyera el frío por todo el apartamento. A pesar de estar en la zona turística por excelencia, el aislamiento acústico era perfecto: magníficas ventanas. El check-in fue perfecto: nos dieron las llaves de forma inmediata y nos aportaron mucha información sobre la zona. Gran nevera y gran congelador. La escalera para llegar a la cuarta planta nos sirvió para hacer mucho ejercicio. La playa y el Paseo de los Ingleses a cinco minutos!

Cons: Se sugiere cambiar la jabonera del baño que estaba un poco oxidada. El sofá cama del salón tenía un diseño exquisito, pero su forma de futón no era del todo cómoda para nuestros hijos mellizos, que son ya grandes, de 16 años.

Pros: 何か質問がある時オーナーの方が毎回迅速かつ丁寧に返信をくれたのでとても心強かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を置かせてくれたので助かりました。

Cons: 階段がちょっと大変でした。

Alles gut, nur der Aufstieg in die Wohnung, naja

Pros: Die Unterkunft war okay, aber der 4 Stock sollte vorher schon erwähnt werden

Cons: Die Treppen zu steigen war schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig
