Large one bedroom flat in the Old Town

Pros: Beautiful spacious flat in Nice Old Town. Great location, handy for strolling the quarter, getting to beach or jumping on public transport.

Cons: Nothing at all. It was lovely.

Lovely flat in the old town

Pros: Right in middle of old town and minutes from the flower market and lots of great restaurants

Cons: As it is in the middle of the old town you don’t have much light, we love a balcony but almost impossible in the old town. There is a small terrace out the back but didn’t use it as it is between the buildings

Pros: Central location near cafes bars and beach. The apartment was spacious for 3 people.

Cons: Property was very dark. Lights needed to be on all the time. The outside terrace was not really useable due to being dark and not very clean. Some electrical outlets are dangerous or do not work.

Great Nice old town flat

Pros: Great location, nice size and good facilities. There were a couple of issues when we arrived and they were fixed really quickly. The keys are a good 12 minute walk and that is at a fast pace. The property could have been cleaner, nothing major but cobwebs and the floor was not as clean as I think it should be. Location for the old town is superb, everything is within a short walk. Despite being on a busy street the sound proofing was great. The terrace out the back is a bit dark and not a great place to sit. Overall I would recommend.

Cons: As above, the terrace was not really a nice space to sit.

Dejlig uge i Nice

Pros: Ligger perfekt. Meget central placering. 5 min til strand, 5 min til shopping og lige midt i den gamle bydel i Nice

Pros: Sijainti oli loistava. Asunto oli tilava ja siisti. Lämmitys toimi hyvin.

Cons: Pieni ongelma kahvinkeittimen kanssa.

Pros: Wohnung hat eine gute Atmosphäre, Lage super, kurze Wege zu den tollen Restaurants in der Altstadt, am place de justic, Blumenmarkt, zur Prom und zum Massena. Fühlten uns sicher und wohl.

Cons: Leider war die Wohnung ausgekühlt als wir ankamen, dauerte ein paar Tage bis es warm war. Die Agentur war sparsam und gab uns keine zusätzliche Handtücher.

Pros: Poloha v centru, k pláži cca 300m max., restaurace, bary, pekárny .... výborná poloha.

Cons: Některé el zasuvky nefugovaly, wifi v loznici a zadní časti bytu včetně terasy spíše nefunkční. Wc velmi malinké a úzké.

Pros: Super Lage, sehr zentral zur Altstadt, Tram und Meer. Nachts lebhaft, aber gute Fenster und 1 Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Pomer cena a kvalita dobré.

Pros: Výborná lokalita v starom meste kúsok od podzemnej garáže a pláže. Veľkosť ubytovania, terasa, kde sa dalo posedieť. V okolí veľa kaviarničiek, reštaurácií.

Cons: Na toaletu a kúpeľňu viedli posuvné dvere, ktoré boli trochu problematické v posuve, vypadávali z koľajníc, celkovo je ubytovanie staršieho dáta, v starom dome, ktoré by už vyžadovalo nejakú renováciu, ale inak čisté.
