Nice apartment in Nice!

Pros: Apartment with an excellent location in Nice, with tram and bus stops right in front, making it very easy to get around the city. The apartment has two full bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a living room with two sofas, and a small kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, allowing guests to prepare simple meals if desired. It is located on the 5th floor with an elevator, making access comfortable. Communication was always easy, and the hosts were very kind — they waited for us despite our delayed flight and also allowed a late check-out, which made a big difference. There are fast-food restaurants right next door and several supermarkets nearby, making the stay very convenient. The apartment also has TV and internet, working well for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A practical and well-located option for visiting Nice.

Pros: The apartment is old but well kept. It's a bit noisy in the early mornings. The owner is very nice and most obliging.

Pros: Very nice well preserved apartment with a view to the city, with modern facilities in the kitchen area. The host is so kind and proud of the history of the building and the apartment. The bus stop to the airport is a couple of minutes away by walk.

Cons: Being in such busy zone of Nice can get noisy in the street in the evening. The apartment is sufficiently high enough to have the windows open, but you may consider closing them during evening in case there are loud crowds in the street

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement minimaliste et mais très fonctionnel

Pros: L’accueil très chaleureux, même à une heure tardive. Les bons conseils sur place. Appartement très bien équipé

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr viele tolle Informationen gegeben, was alles angeschaut werden kann und gute Restaurantempfehlungen.

Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Sehr netter Vermieter, hat uns viele gute Tipps zu Nizza und Umgebung gegeben. Kommunikation auf Englisch, super, da wir kaum Französisch sprechen/verstehen. Sehr positiv war auch, das wir auf Anfrage 2 Stunden früher einchecken konnten. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles da was man braucht. Schönes Bad, Toilette ist vom Bad separiert, allerdings sehr klein, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war. Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, dadurch ist es recht ruhig. Ein kleiner Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Cons: Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können. Silikonfugen sind tlw. nicht mehr so schön und müssten mal erneuert werden. Wir hätten uns einen zweiten Schlüssel gewünscht, haben allerdings auch nicht danach gefragt, also eher unsere Schuld.

Gut und zweckmäßig, sauber, freundlich empfangen vom Host

Pros: Die Lage war sehr zentral und alles gut zu erreichen, die Küche war funktionell und gut ausgestattet

Cons: Die Toilette ist ein sehr kleiner Raum und es riecht stark nach der Abluft des darunterliegenden burgerladens, das Bett war sehr hart
