Great holiday Great Location over too quickly

Pros: Property is so close the central nice with the tram just outside you can grab that or walk the three stops to Garaballdi

Good but with details

Pros: The rooms were pretty and the decoration. Nice view to the park.

Cons: The bathroom, there is no curtains, the toilet is too high, the door does not close. And the place smelled too much of cigarette.

Pros: Good location for the trams. Only a 10 min walk into the old town. Good size apartment with well equipped kitchen

Cons: No lift in apartment - on 2nd floor but still quite a few stairs to carry cases up..

Pros: Perfect location! 7min walk to the trainstation, 10min walk downtown and just 15 to the beach! Perfect. The hosts were super nice and very quick to reply, had to call one time because we had a problem finding it and he picked up asap and guided us, very helpful and very good communication/english. We were 5 together so one slept in the sofabed which was very comfortable. We cooked there which was no problem and they even had a small freezer space which came in handy. Perfect AC system for the hot france summer and somedays we didnt even want to get out of the cold apartment! Very good internet. We stayed 5 days and I can 100% recommend this clean, well organised and cute apartment in the heart of Nice🤗

La douche, la plus exceptionnelle jamais vue

Pros: Nous avons adoré les équipements et surtout la douche. La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la décoration et le quartier tellement cosmopolite.

Cons: à notre arrivée il y avait une odeur quelque peu désagréable mais une fois les fenêtres ouvertes, c'est parti très vite. à part cela tout était vraiment très bien.

Great location and apartment in Nice

Pros: Really nice apartment in a great location. Had everything we needed.

Cons: We had many issues with the front door. Both at the beginning of our stay there and at night the door would not open. The hosts were very helpful on the phone though, even at 1am.
