Pros: Very spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen. Shower was excellent, bedroom spacious and plenty of storage. Bed very comfortable. Big TV and very good sound bar for TV. Good location for transport as tram right outside apartment and only a 5 minutes walk to train station.

Pros: Good location, clean and cozy apartment. Equipped with all you need.

Pros: Comfortable and close to restaurants, groceries and transport. Ample kitchen facilities and washing machine were provided.

Cons: At time a bit noisy with cafe downstairs and smell from food cooking.

Pros: Good location. Modern inside. Dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly staff

Cons: Nothing really. The street noise wasn't bad at all. There is a refundable security deposit that might put some off

Very nice apartment and wonderful week in Nice

Pros: The apartment is very nice, decorated with love, the beds and kitchen facilities are perfect, all is very clean. The location is good, only 2-4 stops by tram to the historical center. Many cafes and restaurants around. The tram stop is just in front. Or you can walk to the city center or to the beach.

Cons: You should know that it is noisy from the outside since the tram stop is just in front. There is a school in the same street, so mornings you will wake up from kids voices and trams :)

Great apartment but the noise is its fault.

Pros: The host Aleks was fantastic, cannot fault him. He was available and willing to assist. The property has everything you need while on holidays. It is clean and has a great view of the gardens across the road. It has a sunny aspect when the sun is shining.

Cons: It’s hard to fault the apartment but its position unfortunately means that there is constant noise from the street. The apartment is on a tram line and is in a central point for emergency vehicles. The trams continually sound their ding ding, the emergency vehicles are constantly passing by and sounding their emergency sirens. In addition to that, the street seemed to be a parking spot for food delivery motor scooters and are always coming and going. Put simply, the noise pollution is the only fault with this apartment and unfortunately disturbs your sleep, late at night and early in the morning.

Lazurowa wycieczka

Pros: Pokój jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, posiada wszelkie odkurzacze, naczynia, żelazko i suszarki oraz pralkę. Jest też część interaktywna w postaci gry planszowej oraz telewizji internetowej. Pokój był bardzo schludny i ze świetną lokalizacją, która umożliwia też łatwą podróż do sąsiednich miast. Tramwaje na ulicy nie przeszkadzały.

Cons: Brak papieru toaletowego, płynu do naczyń, gąbki i ścierki. Administrator wymaga sprzątania po pobycie, a brak takich przyborów mocno to utrudnia (pomimo zmywarki). Uważam również, że kaucja jest dosyć wysoka jak na ten pokój, jest to dosyć stresujące przez następny tydzień po wyjeździe.

Pros: Sopivan kokonen 4 hengen perheelle. Siisti ja riittävä ilmastointi, tosin äänekäs. Ruuanlaittomahdollisuus.

Cons: Äänekäs ilmastointi.

Beaux moments et Nice trop belle

Pros: Bon rapport qualité-prix vu la période. Appartement plutot bien tenu. Il correspondait aux attentes.

Cons: Le quartier pas très propre et pas bien connecté car il ya avit des travaux.

Pros: Aparatamentul este curat, echipat cu tot ce trebuie. Locatia este ideala, aproape de statiile de autobuz/tramvai/tren. Ne-am simțit confortabil.

Cons: Nu e ceva ce nu ne-a placut.
