Excellent

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and centrally located. It’s close to the main tourist attractions, and we walked everywhere. It was clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. The host was kind and allowed us to check out later, which helped us explore more on Sunday before our flight.

Great place! Would stay there again

Pros: The location is great! Shopping center, stores and public transport is all very close. Also close to the beach and boulevard.

Cons: We liked everything! We would have liked a better and more clear system for the recycling waste. Also to note that you’ll climb some stairs. 💪🏼

Everything is perfect!

Pros: The best location in town - not so far from the beach (Promenade des Anglais,) close to tram station, bus stop to Monaco, major supermarket like Lidl and Carrefour and local shops. Very close to my favorite Oyster Bar Cafe De Turin. Our room facing to the inner garden so it’s very quiet! Washing machine with enough detergent and drying clothes with pinches in balcony. Coffee machine (Nespresso + capsules,) enough toilet papers and kitchen towels. Everything is perfect!

Cons: 3rd floor without elevator. However owner came to help us carrying our luggage.

Pros: Location was perfect and the host Sebastian was super helpful

Cons: A little noisy being so close to a busy main road, but this gave a great location.

Stunning!

Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment. The owners are absolutely gorgeous, they let us check in earlier and they were so helpful with our questions (parking situation, iron Etc…). Near the centre and near bars/shops/markets. Definitely would recommend!!!

Pros: Sebastian is an amazing host! Each time I visit Nice I will stay at his apartment! Location was amazing! Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all amenities at an excellent price! Just a kilometre away from Nice City Centre! Exceeded my expectations above and beyond!

Cons: There’s nothing to not like when you have such an amazing host like Sebastian!
