A nice apartment in NICE!

Pros: It was a nice large apartment, in a very secure place. Clean, room for 3 adults in two separate rooms.

Cons: It was nice, but I thought it was going to be closer to the tram line. Not a really far walk, but a walk none the less.

It was perfect, comfortable, clean. I definitely recommend!

Pros: We really like staying here. The accomodation is clean, comfortable. We had everything, what we needed. There is Carrefour within 1 min. The beach is 15 min, by bus 12 min, station 12 min. We visited Cannes, Monaco, Éze. In the kitchen i found everything to do cafe, tea, breakfast, fast food. 3 air conditionals in rooms. Staffs in bathroom. Big terrace! I absolutely recommend!!! I like it!!! If you want to go to Nice, book this apartment!!!

Great location and accomodation

Pros: The apartment is very nice, clean, located close to the center, equipped with utilities for a family vacation. Nearby there is a supermarket, pastry shops, bakery, etc. It is a safe area and with easy access to points of interest. There is a tram nearby and in the stations you reach the Esplanade area. Thank you very much!

Good location, easy check-in, spacious apartment

Pros: Nice, spacious apartment, good location, close to the tram lines and to the airport (30 mins), pretty close to the beach and the shops as well (15-20 minutes by walk). AC worked nice, there was hot water, and all the necessary things. The check in process was easy.

Cons: The apartment was stinky, maybe because of the drain system or the cleaning supplies/water, but it was not nice

Fabulous comfortable, big apartment

Pros: Great location, close to old town and under 10 minutes to the train station. Grocery store 2 minute walk. Big bedrooms with comfortable double bed in each. Easy access to lift to 2nd floor. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine came in handy. Host provided detailed information with pictures for our contactless check in.

Pros: Location was good, near the train station. Clean apartment and good air conditioning.

Cons: Some noises from outside, but these were mentioned in the previous comments so I knew about this.

Pros: Good communication from the owner. Flat was a good size, two roomy bedrooms. Light and airy. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient supermarkets very close by. Good air con. Wi fi worked well, smart TV was useful.

Cons: Street was v noisy, bin collections every evening/late night. Lift was too small for our pram.

Pros: Lovely big apartment, beautifully clean and ideally located. Host was very helpful.

Cons: Not enough toilet paper provided which is silly, it would also be nice if more simple food supplies were available (I’m sure previous guests have bought things and left them behind just as we did).
