Nice Renting - PAGANINI - New Lovely Cosy Flat in Heart of Nice

Comfortable.

Pros: Within easy access to all the amenities in Nice. Clean Fairly quiet most of the time

Cons: Lack of basic refreshment on arrival, which after a 5hour delay and arriving at 3am was not appreciated. 2 coffee capsules for a 4 day stay, no tea or even water. Almost afraid to use anything in the kitchen as there seems to be fines for everything, emptying the rubbish, washing dishes etc

Pros: Close to the station, good for daytrips. Fully equipped kitchen, useful to have a washing machine, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Really excelent place to stay in Nice.

Cons: Pillows are really uncomfortable - that is the only negative thing.

Pros: Great central location. Close to train station but walking distance to all the highlights. Very handy having a washing machine and kitchenette. Easy check in process.

Cons: The shower is a little bit on the smaller side.

Pros: Very clean and great location. Good amenities and host very easy to communicate with

Cons: A drying rack would be handy for washing but otherwise everything else was fantastic

Great spot to set as a base for your time in Nice.

Pros: Good location, close to the train/ tram lines. A nice walk down the Main Street to get to Old Town and the water. Supermarkets close by, food spots around as well. Beach umbrella was a great help!

Cons: It would be great if you have a clothes rack to dry the clothes as you do provide a washing machine.

Fantastic location, modern and comfortable flat.

Pros: This flat was lovely, it was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and aircon was great on some warmer evenings. Kitchen was well equipped. It was in a fantastic location, easy to get to the heart of Nice and the beach, but also the train station and plenty of shops around. As a female solo travellers I always worry about feeling “safe” and I felt safe and happy from the second I got there. Host was very helpful and provided great information before hand to make my arrival as easy and as smooth as possible.

Cons: I’m a typical Brit who loves a cup of tea and I would have loved a bigger mug for tea, with a handle 😅 the little cups are great for the coffee drinkers. Outside was a bit noisy at times but that can’t be helped with other residents etc.

Pros: Great property, beautiful decor. Very clean and fantastic location!!

Pros: L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda al centro città, palazzo storico in posizione silenziosa, molto luminoso e funzionale

Cons: Nell'appartamento c'era tutto quello che può servire

Pros: Ottima la posizione. Vicinissimo alla stazione e a via Massena. Negozi nelle vicinanze. Appartamento comodo.

Cons: ci sono 2 n.2 in via Paganini guardando bene il video poi abbiamo individuato il portone. Sarebbe meglio mettere qualche capsula del caffè in più e 2 asciugamani per persona
