An amazing choice.

Pros: The position of the apartment,I had all the utility in the apartment,but the staff was very,very kindly,for me it was a pleasure to be their guest.

Cons: I liked everything .

Very clean and situated in a great location

Pros: The apartment was perfect for a couple who is visiting the area around Nice and Monaco. It had everything and was super clean.

Cons: Sometime the train passing nearby was a bit noisy when the balcony door was open.

Fantastic and will return!

Pros: Amazing location, very clean, thoughtful touches - everything you could need. Host fantastic at communicating. Great size property.

Cons: The balcony door was wild :) The host does provide a you tube video on how to close it though. It’s a bizarre mechanism.

A perfect 11 nights stay.

Pros: The host Sally was attentive and super to communicate with. The studio was in near proximity of a Super U supermarket and a few minutes walk to the beaches and the harbour. All amenities needed were available in the studio.

Cons: Relaxed, clean and a quiet building in which the studios is situated.

Clean and comfortable stay in Beaulieu

Pros: The landlady was very kind and responsive. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities one needs! I can highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: The bed could have been slightly bigger, but no dealbreaker.

Wonderful stay in a great location

Pros: The apartment was perfect in every way. The balcony was great for sitting with coffee or drinks .Everything was provided that we needed as well.Location is excellent on a small quiet street. Only a few minutes to beach, restaurants, bus and trains. Ideal base for visiting along the Core D’Azur. Great communications from Sally ensuring everything went smoothly on our visit.

Pros: LOVED! Cute apartment with everything. Close to the beach and strip of shops. Good bakerys nearby which we enjoyed for breakfest. Spend a lot of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of the mountains. Close to the train station which made exploring the nearby easy

Pros: Fantastic location and beautiful apartment! The host was friendly and helpful in every respect.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Jasmins and would happily stay again in the future.

Pros: The flat is clean and modern and well located. The train station is close by as are several bus stops. The bus services are very regular and good value especially if you buy a multi-day pass which can be used on a mobile app. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. It is helpful the flat has beach mats and towels.

Cons: The double bed is not a large one i.e. it is not king size. Larger people may find they want a bigger bed although I found it fine for a few nights. Some people I see complain about the patio door being hard to lock. It is actually very easy if you do it correctly and requires little effort. You have to pull the lower part of the door towards you so that the closure mechanism slots into place.

Pros: Centrally located in the wonderful village of Beaulieu Sur Mer close to the Baie de Fournis beach,bus and rail connections and minutes away from restaurants and Super U supermarket.

Cons: Would suggest that better attention be afforded to explaining the access to the fire escape route on level 2.In reality it should be sign posted and lit.Could be a source of confusion to those not familiar with French apartment layout.Otherwise very positive experience.
