Pros: Location, facilities, everything as described, peefect host

A very enjoyable stay, in the heart of the City.

Pros: The information and support given by the hosts was first class and very clear. Ingress to the apartment was made really clear and easy. The location was excellent: in the very heart of Nice with easy access to the beach, a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars etc. It was a very good base for sightseeing and doing lots of 'tourist' things. There were plenty of facilities in the apartment and it was lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the evening, watching the world go by.

Cons: We thoroughly recommend the apartment as a good option for a stay in Nice. It's not luxury, but it is functional. Unfortunately there were some minor issues that I thought should have not been: the blind on the door leading to the balcony had been left in a tangled state: I had to unravel the tangled string in order to be able to drop it for complete privacy. Also when we used the clothes drier we had to empty the water well because it was full- this shouldn't be down to us. Similarly, I've never had bin bags left for me to place in the bins. Not sure why this couldn't be done by the property prior to our arrival. Finally, when inside the apartment, the door could not be dead locked properly. There was a security latch that prevented the door being opened more than three or four inches, but this felt inadequate; my partner felt very uncomfortable about the fact anyone could just open the door and push it open at all. I concede, these all appear minor issues, but they did impact our enjoyment of the property and they all appeared so avoidable.

Pros: The apartment is great, fully equipped, everything is fantastic. In the city center of Nice, close to the beach and numerous cafes. There is also a well-stocked market nearby. We had a great time and the apartment is highly recommended.

Great apartment close to the seafront and the old town.

Pros: Great location on a small square 5 minutes from the seafront. Well equipped apartment on 3rd floor (with a lift) with a balcony overlooking the square. Close to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good communication with host.

Pros: The apartment is great, clean, location is very central, within a walking distance of all sites, communication with the owner very easy. I would definitely stay again.

Consigliato, posizione centrale

Pros: Posizione centralissima, l’appartamento è moderno e accogliente. Asciugamani, shampoo e capsule per la macchinetta del caffè disponibili. In generale consigliato. Nico il proprietario è stato super disponibile al nostro arrivo quando avevamo problemi ad aprire la porta e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per check-in e checkout

Cons: L’acqua calda dopo due docce finiva quindi gli ultimi dovevano farsela fredda. La porta d’ingresso all’appartamento era difettosa, all’arrivo abbiamo dovuto contattare il proprietario ma una volta capito come aprirla e come chiuderla non è stato più un problema.

Pros: logement bien équipé, propre et très bien situé ! le balcon donnant sur la place est vraiment agréable.

Cons: il manque peut-être 1 petite poêle pour la cuisine
