Very nice stay in the heart on Nice, well equipped,quiet and clean place in beautiful area. Easy to get in and check out

Pros: Easy check in and out. Very clean. Nothing was damaged. Excellent location. Quiet. Bright. Very well equipped - dishwasher, airco and washing machine.

A perfect location in a quiet residential part of the city. But central to all attractions.

Pros: Highlights were an ideal location for restaurants, wine shops and the Promenade des Anglais. The lift is welcome as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Only a minute's walk from the Jean Medecin tram station (Line 2 from the airport 20+ minutes away) and a Luggage Hero location to store bags pre-post check-out times. Well equipped for a couple on a mini-break.

Cons: Would have preferred a mattress protection cover. Very comfortable queen size bed.

Pros: Good location and room was a reasonable size. Washing machine was very handy but more supplies would have been better.

Cons: Room was a little dusty and dirty on the floor otherwise was good.

We would stay here again as it was a great base for exploring Nice.

Pros: The apartments location is fantastic. Very close to beach and tram to connect to airport was at the top of the road.

Cons: There was a lot of contact with the host as well as an external company. A €300 deposit was needed. I had to take photos of any thing in the apartment I thought looked like damage so that I wouldn’t be charged for it at checkout. I had to retake and submit photos leaving the apartment. I don’t think we will be charged any of the security deposit as we left the apartment exactly as we found it. I travel a lot and this was something I never had to do before. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV had no access to Netflix.

Bien

Pros: Appartement très bien placé au centre de Nice dans un quartier calme. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Cons: Le système de réservation avec dépôt de caution complique un peu la réservation et n'apporte pas grand chose malgré le surcoût de la prestation.

Moderne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat eine unschlagbare zentrale Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels einer Box war problemlos und es war auch sofort jemand zu erreichen, als wir beim Check out Probleme mit der Box hatten -was aber unsere Schuld war!!!-

Cons: Ein Check out bereits um 10 Uhr ist unseres Erachtens eine Stunde zu früh und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Pros: Ruim appartement met perfecte ligging tov alle bezienswaardigheden in het centrum en dichtbij de tramhalte. Rechtstreekse verbinding vanaf de luchthaven, in een half uur. Aan alles is gedacht, echt meer dan compleet! Ziet er ook nog eens prachtig uit!

Cons: Helemaal niets

Excellent séjour, agréable dans un studio spacieux et très bien situé !

Pros: Studio très bien équipé, spacieux, propre, avec un wifi de très haut débit (fibre) apprécié pour le travail en distanciel. La localisation géographique est parfaite, avec toutes les commodités et lieux stratégiques à portée de sandales !

Cons: Il manque une éponge pour faire la vaisselle à la main et nettoyer un peu les surfaces. Un spray nettoyant serait bienvenu également, même si le ménage est prévu en fin de séjour, car pour un séjour de plus de 2 jours, c'est utile.

Pros: le logement est complet, il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter de son séjour à Nice. de plus, la localisation est parfaite. nous reviendrons.
