Excellent location, close to the port, and the Metro lines. Quiet sixth floor location including a lift… Really couldn’t

Pros: Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped

Cons: Personal preference I know, however 2 softer pillows would have made the visit 100%

We had a great stay and we’re extremely happy with the accommodation it was better than we thought when we booked.

Pros: It was fully equipped with a coffee machine, plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, it had a gorgeous balcony and was very spacious with good wardrobe space

Cons: It could have done with wine glasses and bowls. There were quite a few plugs hanging out of the sockets and the sliding doors would not shut.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Nice-Require station, trams, supermarkets and city centre. Apartment was clean, very fast wi-fi, great terrace. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and quick.

Cons: Everything was fine. But only one fork 😆.

Cons: Domacini su bili naporni porukama trazeci da kazemo tacno vreme kad stizemo, koje mi ne mozemo predvideti.Na kraju smo ih opet cekali.Key box je idealno resenje.Pribor za jelo nije bio najcistiji, sijalice nema u lampi na nocnom ormaricu i potrebna su vrata na tus kabini da ne bi ste imali poplavu u kupatilu.Takodje trazili su da izbacimo djubre, kontejnera nije bilo nigde u blizini ( mozda zato sto su bili radovi u ulici) i morali smojhako daleko da nosimo zjak sa smecem sto nije u redu. Mislim da bi cena opravdala da vlasnici bace smece.Uprkis tome apartman je odlucan, vratili bi se ovde i prepirucujemo ga.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and were still met with keys and a smile. Location was very good, 10 minute walk to restaurants/old town. 1 minute to Bakery. Buses, Trams & Trains for Monaco, Cannes & Antibe,(all worth a visit) were also close by. Loved sitting on the balcony, which was a good size, for breakfast and evening drink. Cleanliness & bathroom facilities very good

Cons: Lack of small items which can make a difference eg tea towel, dustpan & brush. 1 of the 2 tea cups was badly cracked (I did leave out in the hope it got noticed) The electronic mechanism for shutter was hanging off the wall and the patio doors did not lock. Additional pillows (non memory foam for choice ) would have been nice. One was in wardrobe but badly stained and no cover. A new small frying pan would benefit also. If these were addressed it would be a 10. :)

A solid option for your vacation in Nice

Pros: The location was very convenient—just a 12–15 minute walk to the train station and downtown, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for everyday living, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Cons: That said, it's not the quietest place. There's a church nearby, and the bells ring every hour from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., which could be a bit much if you're sensitive to sound. There's also some typical city noise from the street, including cars and garbage collection trucks. It didn’t bother us much, but light sleepers might want to keep this in mind. Also, some of the linens, pillows, towels, and kitchen utensils felt a bit worn and could use updating.

Très bien situé et bien conçu

Pros: Appartement très bien situé proche de la gare Riquier et du centre. Quartier calme l Appartement est très pratique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (disette café, thé et même de la lessive) Arangeant pour mon départ plus tard. Merci je recommande pour maximum 2 personnes

Pros: Апартаменти чудові! Всі зручності для комфортного проживання. Зупинки трамваю і автобусів поруч. Вид з балкону супер! Поруч часовня, періодично дзвонить в колокол.

Cons: Телевізор не працював. Не зручні подушки. Власникам треба продумати алгаритм поселення людей в апартаменти. Ми особисто шукали ключи і власницю по всій Ніці.

Pros: Appartement très confortable et remarquablement bien équipé. On se sent comme chez soi. Boulangerie à 60 m, petits commerces à proximité et à 15 mn du vieux Nice

Cons: J'ai tout aimé. Il manquait peut être juste un étendoir pour le linge car je ne voulais pas utiliser le sèche linge.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko piekarnia tuż za rogiem oraz sklep ze świeżymi warzywami i owocami. Za kolejnym rogiem sklep samoobsługowy. Na przeciwko apartamentu po drugiej stronie ulicy restauracja. Blisko spacerem na bulwar nadmorski. Poza tym mieszkanko z dużym tarasem, we wnątrz czysto i przytulnie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w piekarniki, mikrofalę i lodówkę. W łazience pralka z suszarką. Dla dwóch osób mieszkanie na wakacje wystarczająco komfortowe. Polecamy każdemu kto chce być blisko centrum i atrakcji turystycznych.
