I would recommend it

Pros: The location was good and the apartment is specious. The communication with the management was very good through the bookings platform.

Cons: The main building is a bit old and smells sewage but the apartment was clean. A couple of linens were missing and although they promised they would bring us a couple of times they never did. We had to use the duvet covers as sleeping bags instead

Pros: Best Layout, Nice and Clean Best Location In City Centre easy to reach every where.

Pros: The stay was perfect. Only iron and hairdryer is missing.

Pros: 공간이 넓어서 매우 좋았어요. 여러명이 쓸 수 있는 여분 침대가 있습니다. 모두 펼치니 4개의 침대에요. 특히 주방이 마음에 들었어요. 요리하기에 편리했어요. 트램역과 가까워 이동하기 좋았습니다. 그리고 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 이동하기에도 너무 좋았어요.

Cons: 샤워실 물이 안내려갑니다. 세탁기를 이용하면 물이 역류하기도 하고요.

Pros: Светлая,чистая квартира . Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хорошее расположение,инфраструктура.

Cons: Обновить матрацы. Провести дезинсекцию.

Pros: Geräumig, viel Platz und eine relativ gute Lage. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Badezimmer konnte man nicht abschließen

Pros: Boendet har väldigt bra läge med kort promenad till strand och butiker, plus en mataffär rakt över gatan. Boendet är fräscht och incheckning/utcheckning var super smidigt.

Pros: 施設は綺麗で設備も申し分ないです。特にキッチンは素晴らしいです。 場所が良いです。トラムに直ぐ乗れますし、目の前にカルフールもあり、美味しいパン屋もあり、買い物も便利です。 ホストの方は大変親切で、こちらからの連絡にも素早く対応して貰えます。

Cons: 滞在中に一晩断水になりました。ただ翌朝には復旧しました。ホストの方の対応には問題はないですが、工事等の場合なら連絡が欲しいです。断水の原因は知りたかったです。 デポジットの金額がやや高めです。宿泊費と同じ位かかりました。あと、直前に支払うのでなく、せめて１週間位前に支払うようにして欲しいです。

Neues Appartement, stillvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet

Pros: Frisch renoviertes Appartement, mit der neuen und voll ausgestatteten Küche. Sehr geräumig und stillvoll eingerichtet. Gleich gegenüber ein Supermarkt. Der kleiner Hafen und Centrum zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons: Check-in ist sehr spät um 16 Uhr möglich und ist nicht optimal gelaufen. Die Anweisung zum Check in wurde nur teilweise mir übertragen. Ich musste alle 5 Etagen im Gebäude nach der Wohnung durchsuchen. Irritierend auch das Entrichten einer 500 Eur Kaution über einen separaten Dienstleister. Ich dachte das übernimmt booking, aber nein, ich musste über einen externen Link Kaution hinterlegen und noch zum Beweis die Screenshots davon per WhatsApp senden. Das soll man unbedingt verbessern.

Pros: Pulizia, comodità, ambiente per lettura e giochi da tavolo

Cons: Strada un po’ rumorosa, cucina non ben attrezzata (ne’ lavastoviglie ne’ scolapiatti, pentole senza manici)
