MY CASA - GAMBETTA - Charming 2 bedroom - Near Promenade

Overall, very close to beach but rooms were a bit gloomy

Pros: Very close to beach and aircon was good. Also had a big bathroom

Cons: There was a lack of cleaning equipment such as scrub and needed more washing up liquid. And the apartment was a bit gloomy but we were out for most of the day so didn’t matter too much.

Pros: Located a short walk from the promenade with food outlets, supermarkets and car parks near by. This was a good apartment for our stay with a 30 minute walk to the old town an most of the attractions.

Cons: To get the keys we had to go across town to the letting agency. This ended up being a 35 minute walk from the apartment. Fortunately we could leave the keys in the apartment when we left.

Pros: What they had written was provided. Everything was working . Good location . Easy to find. They are quick to solve problems once they know

Pros: The property was light and airy with all the facilities we wanted after a few weeks of travelling - kitchen, washing machine, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The town is small and everything was walkable. Communication with staff was easy via WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Very good central location. But: there is a bakery *directly* below the bedrooms. They start work (sometimes quite loudly) between 3 and 4 a.m. the reward - if you manage to sleep through the noise, is that the apartment smells like the inside of a freshly baked croissant :-)

Cons: Only 1 set of keys and no buzzer on the door, that was a bit inconvenient.

Pros: Spacious, clean and modern right in the centre of Nice

Pros: Located in the quiet courtyard behind the patisserie. Close to the beach and tramline. Washing machine/dryer 👌Large bathroom. Perfect choice for Nice

Would be nice to come back in the future…

Pros: Great location, nicely and well equiped kitchen, shops in the surrounding, size of the appartment.

Pros: the property was very roomy and the windows were so nice for natural lighting. the bathroom was very spacious and it was nice to having cooking amenities. the location was very central and it was quiet at night for sleeping

Pros: The apartment was in a great location with the best patisserie downstairs and supermarket across the street. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for 3 sisters. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

Cons: Could not get tv to work while we were there, which would have been nice after long days of sightseeing.
