Pros: Is there a better location in Nice!? I THINK NOT 😍 Absolutely stunning villa, stunning location and great host!

Fab location and lovely villa - would recommend

Pros: Excellent location - just short walk to harbour and shops / restaurants. Villa was clean and well equipped and comfortable . Host was very helpful.

Pros: Жили 8 человек ( 4 взрослых + 4 детей), места хватило всем, никто никому не мешал. Шикарное местоположение и довольно просторная вилла - это основные плюсы. Один из самых дорогих районов Ниццы. Тихо, спокойно, рядом проживают в основном местные. До пляжа через переднюю калитку минут 5 вниз с небольшой горки 2 минуты, а дальше по прямой. Обратно чуть посложнее, так как 2 минуты в горку. Супермаркет Утиль минут 7-10 пешком. До порта и ресторанов в нём минут 10-15. Нет проблем с парковкой. На кухне есть всё необходимое. 4 спальни, с мебелью и удобными матрасами.

Cons: - В бассейне нет лестницы для спуска и выхода из бассейна. Если есть проблемы с опорно двигательным аппаратом, или вы не обладаете прекрасной спортивной формой - из бассейна будет выбраться затруднительно. - Был заявлен фен, фена не было. Повезло, что друзья на всякий случай захватили - При бронировали видели на фото гриль, планировали делать барбекю. При заселении выяснилось, что в августе в Ницце запрещено барбекю, в информации при бронирование об этом не было сказано. Не смотря на минусы отдых понравился. Месторасположение прекрасное.

Een fantastisch huis nabij het strand, de haven en het centrum van de stad.

Pros: De ligging nabij het strand, parkeren op eigen erf, 4 slaapkamers met 4 badkamers, het zwembad, luxe keuken. Grote buiten tafel om heerlijk te ontbijten en ‘‘s avonds te eten.
