Pros: Excellent position, close to the beach and to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Pros: Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung bin ich erst nach 23 Uhr bei der Unterkunft eingetroffen. Ich war in regelmäßigem Kontakt zu der Person die den check-in durchgeführt hat und sie war auch vor Ort als ich eingetroffen bin.

Cons: Für das check-in nach 23 Uhr wurde eine Gebühr von 40 Euro in bar fällig. Das die Gebühr erhoben wird kann ich noch teilweise verstehen. Aber es war mir nicht möglich eine Quittung für die 40 Euro zu bekommen. Mir wurde mehrfach zugesagt, dass ich eine solche per email bekommen würde. Aber auch nach 5-6 maliger Nachfrage habe ich bis heute keine Quitung erhalten.

Udoban apartman na odlicnoj lokaciji

Pros: Lokacija na prvom mestu, u blizini plaze ali i centra Nice. Struktura apartmana je odlicna, ima sve sto je neophodno. Kontakt sa vlasnikom je bio dobar, informacije smo dobijali u kratkom roku.

Cons: Vrata od terase treba popraviti, ne zatvaraju se lepo. Apartman u celosti odaje utisak da bi mu dobro doslo par popravki i zamena ali to ne utice na udobnost boravka. Dobro bi dosli peskiri za ruke i ubrusi u kuhinji.

Pros: Мы были с 28 .07 по 7.08 Чистота. Удобства про местоположение отдельно напишу. Все рядом море 5 минут. Магазины. Вокзал. Всё рядом. Хозяин всегда на связи.рекомендую .

Cons: 10 дней . Было Мало... минусов 0. Все отлично. Надеюсь мы оставили квартиру в хорошем состоянии

Pros: ми відпочивали 16.06.25г.все дуже сподобалося. До моря дуже близько. Поруч є багато кафе ресторани магазини. В апартоментах чисто, господар відповідає на всі питання, якщо вони виникають.

Cons: не сподобалося з приводу утилізації сміття, потрібно було контролювати коли привезуть контейнери.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen található a szállás, közel a belvároshoz is és a tengerparti sétányhoz is. Mind gyalogosan, mind tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető csendes, nyugodt környéken, boltok, kávézók, éttermek egy ugrásra.

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.

Ottima location

Pros: La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro, al lungomare e vi sono molti servizi in loco (ristoranti, supermercati, forni). Rispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. Tutto perfettamente funzionante, sia in cucina che in bagno. Ottima l'idea di mettere una lavatrice e fornire ben tre ricariche di sapone liquido.

Cons: La gestione da parte dell'host è molto professionale, forse troppo, e questo rende il rapporto freddo, per niente empatico. Ho chiesto dove poter parcheggiare la macchina gratuitamente a Nizza ma non ho avuto risposta. Il materasso è troppo morbido. Per il self check in la chiave è in un loker bloccato con una catena ad una transenna pubblica per strada. Questo non l'ho trovato civile.
