Cozy room , central location

Pros: It is a clean and cozy room. Kitchen facilities are perfect, bedding is comfortable. The building is nice , clean and lovely.

Cons: with mezzanine approach, ceilings are minimised, especially in shower cabin and in kitchen area. Tall guests to consider. Sound proofing inside the building could be improved.

A great apartment in the heart of Nice. Close to beaches, cafes and restaurants.

Pros: Location is great. Only a short walk to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Any questions I had were always quickly answered. I arrived after hours and the instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow.

Cons: Some of the cutlery wasn’t very clean as it relies on guests to clean it themselves.

Super Aufenthalt mit einzelnen kleineren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Pros: Lage war top, Küche auch super, Bett war gemütlich und das Sofa auch. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe

Cons: Dusche und Handtücher waren nicht so sauber, Treppe war sehr schmal, um vom Bett zum Klo zu kommen muss man die schmale Treppe herunter klettern, nerviges Geräusch vom Boiler im oberen Stockwerk

Pros: Me gustó que la ubicación estuviese cercana a la playa, lugares turísticos (a minutos caminando del tren y el casco antiguo), supermercados, tiendas de souvenir, etc. Lo que volvía la estancia muy grata y además los alrededores son muy seguros y limpios. La \

Cons: En nuestra estancia no podíamos contar con aire acondicionado, pero se nos facilitó rápidamente ventilador o traslado al casco antiguo. Escogimos agregar el ventilador, pero de todas formas se seguía sintiendo caluroso el lugar, sin embargo, era totalmente solucionable al abrir las ventanas y mantener 24/7 encendido el ventilador. El WC y la ducha se encuentran en espacios separados, por lo que para ir al baño uno debe ir al primer piso y para la ducha ir al segundo.

Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment in an amazing location

Pros: Lejligheden har en perfekt beliggenhed. Den er super fin indrettet og indbydende. Har alt hvad man skal bruge. Kommunikation med udlejer var superb - de svarede på alt og hurtigt.

Cons: Trappen inde i lejligheden er meget stejl. Ikke et problem for os men bør skrives. Air condition virkede fint men larmede lidt. Vi havde foretrukket en opvaskemaskine end en vaskemaskine.
