Pros: I like the location everything was close and very nice neighbourhood and all around a good experience.

Cons: The only think i can say was the stairs were a little tricky to go up and down but nothing terrible.

Great position, comfortable

Pros: Even though centrally positioned, it was surprisingly quiet, as it did not face on to the Main Street

Cons: Climbing stairs to mezzanine! Property decor is a bit worn.

Pros: Posizione centrale vicino al Negresco e alla Promenade. Appartamentino piccolo ma accogliente. Pulito e dotato dell' indispensabile (televisore,microonde, bollitore, macchinetta caffè Nespresso).Ben riscaldato e luminoso, perfetto per due persone.

Cons: Per accedere al letto matrimoniale bisogna salire una piccola e ripida scaletta a chiocciola che sconsiglio a chi ha qualche problema di mobilità. Non veniva acqua calda al lavello di cucina. Cosa credo facilmente risolvibile.

Pros: Great location, just 5 minutes to Promenade, walking distance to Old Town and train station. Perfect communication from David, he sent us all the details upfront, very easy to find and get to the apartment, Good place to stay for few nights when exploring Côte d'Azur.

It is a great price for the location.

Pros: It is a great location. It's one block from the main street where there are so many restaurants and shops. The beach is within walking distance. We appreciate being able to use the washing machine to do our laundry. There were hanging racks to dry our clothes.

Cons: The stairs to the bedroom loft demand your full attention.

Pros: La Posizione del appartamento è molto buona, nella zona ben servita, nella vicinanza farmacie, negozio alimentare Utile, vari ristoranti, in appartamento non si percepisce presenza di altre persone, appartamento e piccolo ma ben pensato, soddisfatti!
