Nice in August 2025

Pros: Modern and very clean apartment, good view. Quite, close to restaurants, night-life, transport and beaches. Air conditioning great - was on prior to arrival.

Cons: No lift. Minimal cooking utensils available for those that eat in. No TV..

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Pros: Wonderful location and easy to find. Very light and spacious with everything you need.

Cons: No wifi and could use a couple more utensils, however, it is in an older building and it doesn’t take away from its beauty.

Pros: Location, near main shopping street, bars and restaurants and the beach. Tram line just outside the door. Beautiful apartment and host had thought of everything.

Cons: Nothing! Being an property in old Nice, there isn’t a lift.

Really nice accomodation in Nice

Pros: This apartment was amazing, just like at the pictures. It was really good isolated from sounds of the street. Also the location was perfect at the centre of Vieux Nice. The AC was helpful in these hot days. The neighbors werent loud as well. Hostess was really kind.

Perfectly nestled into the beautiful Nice

Pros: The property is located in the perfect location if you want easy access to all the beautiful restaurants that Nice has to offer. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the promenade and cathedral. The whole apartment is immaculate…the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous.

Cons: We really can’t fault the property at all, one minor thing would be a mirror where the dressing table in the bedroom. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

非常にコストパフォーマンスが良くベストな選択だと思います。

Pros: 旧市街の入口にありトラムにもアクセスがよくベストロケーションです。部屋も清潔で可愛いらしく設備も整っている。

Cons: 5階に位置しますがエレベーターはないので階段で重い荷物を自分達で持っていくのが非常に大変です。又市街地に近いので夜少し騒がしいですが気になるレベルではありませんでした。

Muy agradable

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y es muy acogedor. Está muy bien ubicado y la encargada de gestionar la reserva nos esperó con paciencia y sin problema, pues nos retrasamos mucho debido a las retenciones de la carretera. Está muy bien insonorizado y las vistas de la habitación son encantadoras.

Cons: Es un quinto piso sin ascensor y tuvimos problemas con el Wifi, no logramos conectarnos.
