Very central and comfy

Pros: The location of the apartment couldn't be better, easy access to all areas of the city, on a main pedestrian street yet quiet. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

Cons: Nothing really but if I was picky, I would say the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Pros: Mona and Nassim are fantastic! Very clear early communication on how to access the property, via Booking.com and WhatsApp. The apartment was a great size and very well equipped with a kitchen, good size bathroom including a washing machine and dishwasher. Artfully decorated, comfortable bed and couch. Access to Netflix on TV if local options are not to your liking. The location is superb, right in the heart of Rue Massena but the bedroom is rear facing so it's not noisey at all. The apartment is also air-conditioned which was great during the summer heat!!

Cons: Nothing! It was everything I needed for an extended stay in Nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for individuals or couples.

The location was ideal, and the facilities were top-notch.

Pros: The location is perfect—right in the city and close to the beach. Although it's situated above a busy street, we never heard any noise during our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days.

Cons: There was some miscommunication regarding the check-out time. Our Booking.com reservation stated that we could check out at 11:00, but on the day of departure, the maid arrived around 10:00 saying that check-out was actually at 10:00. It was all cleared up in the end, but it was a bit frustrating on the day we were leaving. Also, the bathroom door couldn’t be fully closed.

Pros: Location was fantastic, washing machine a bonus and a lovely little apartment in the heart of Nice. Even though it’s in a busy area never had any issues with noise.

Cons: I think for a 7 night stay, a spare set of bedding and more than 1 bath towel each is needed.

Pros: Location of the property was perfect. Apartment was a good size, but the bed was a bit small for two people. Good value for money!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic central location. Everything is on your doorstep: shops, restaurants, bars, transport links and a short walk to the Promenade Anglais and Nice Old Town. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped and although it’s central it’s quiet too.

Cons: No shaver socket so we were unable to charge our electric toothbrush.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at La Maioneta. Excellent location. Very clean. Fast wifi. Washing machine. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and helpful.

Pros: Great location in Nice, close to restaurants and transport links. A modern conversion in an old building.
