Très joli loft au cœur de Nice

Great cozy place for two

Pros: The room location was really good to access all places where we wanted to. The staff accepted our early checked in that was very helpful to us!

Cons: The shower room needed to wipe out every times after we use, but there was a mop on n the room.

Well located, comfortable apartment

Pros: We had a lovely weekend at the loft apartment. It is well located near the train station and trams. It was quiet and very comfortable with great kitchen facilities and lovely shower.

Lovely and spacious place in an excellent location.

Pros: I am delighted I found the apartment. I liked the set-up and design; it was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was amazing! The location was very good, and it was easy to get to Plaza Massena, the museum, and the shops. The apartment has plenty of light but no view because the big window to the street is opaque. It makes perfect sense, considering the location right on the street. The owner was helpful.

Cons: Be careful with the stairs; they are quite slippery. Dust was on lamps and tables, the floor, under the bed, and in the bathroom. It seemed that it had not been adequately cleaned after the last guest.

Wonderful stay in great apartment

Pros: Compact well designed modern apartment situated in a vibrant part of the city close to railway station and tram stops.15 minute walk to old town.Very quiet area. Lawrence was very helpful and accommodating allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment prior to our late afternoon flights.

A great stay in a beautiful setting

Pros: The facilities were really modern and it was about 20mins walk from the old town and the sea front which was ideal. Lawrence was a brilliant host who did every thing she could to make us comfortable and responded so quickly if we needed anything.

Cons: The mezzanine ceiling is a little low for the very tall traveller. But it is comfortable nonetheless and the sofa space has lovely tall ceilings!

Perfect place in Nice!

Pros: Loved the property! The lady who helped us check in was so lovely and accommodating, the place was beautiful and we loved our stay here.

Amazing stay. I would come back again

Pros: The location was exceptional. It was very close to the train stations for day-trips to other cities and very easy to go to the beach by bike. Lots of pharmacies near by and a huge grocery store around 5 minute walk away.

A great way to see Nice and convenient for transport links

Pros: Stylish and comfortable. Easy to cook there. Friendly help on arrival and Laurent answered queries very quickly.

Cons: Could be dangerous on the open stairs up to the mezzanine.

Pros: This is a perfect place near everything and very clean. Our host Lawrence was absolute an awesome host. She is so helpful, friendly and always ask via phone if everything is okay. Absolute a star .
