Everything was perfect, highly recommend.

Pros: The apartment is very cute, clean, and has everything you need if you’re traveling to explore the French Riviera and only spending mornings and evenings there, like we did. Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything necessary for everyday living – a washing machine, an iron, a coffee maker, towels, even an air purifier. When unfolded, the bed takes up most of the space, but it’s incredibly comfortable and that wasn’t an issue for us at all. The train station is about a 7–8 minute walk away, just like the city center – the location is perfect for everything you might need. The host is available at any time for anything you might ask, and he was very accommodating, which meant a lot to us. All in all, the value for money is excellent, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely stay at the same place.

Great location

Pros: Location was great! It was a small apartment but it has everything you need especially if you only just plan to use it to sleep and shower. The owner was most helpful when we needed an early check-in! A big thank you for being so accommodating!

Perfect for what we needed

Pros: It was very very clean, and had necessary amenities like a washing machine which was very helpful. It was also nice and spacious, cool and in a great location.

Perfect!

Pros: Perfect! It was a nice clean studio apartment, it had everything we needed. The sofa bed was very comfortable and could fit two people easily. Good sized bathroom with a great shower. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 20 minute walk away (restaurants, beaches, train station etc). As two young women we felt very safe as it was a good area and there was a big gate setting us back from the street. The host was very helpful with accessing the apartment and had good communication with him throughout.

Pros: Cute place, close to station and easy access to everything. Had everything we needed, and instructions and communication with owner was easy

Cons: Hot water didn't quite make it for two showers in the morning

Cute and cozy apartment in Nice

Pros: It was such a cute and cozy apartment. Near the beach and city center. It also had everything you need for a short stay, including the washing machine and soap to use it. There was also fast wifi and the AC cooled the room quickly. I recommend this apartment.

Amazing location and amenities

Pros: Less than 10 minutes walk to Nice-Ville station Less than 30 minutes walk to old town, promenade etc Lots of great places to eat nearby There was a washing machine which was convenient after going to the beach etc Air conditioning was life saver for the hot weather

Cons: A little too tight of a space - always have to put up sofa bed to acquire more space. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable

City break

Pros: Good location, if you like to travel to Monaco, Eze, Cannes there is a train station 5min walk, tram station for airport transfer also very close. 15min walk to the beach and promenade. Lidl in the corner. Very quiet and small studio.

Cons: The only one problem is a bad air circulation in apartment. You can't leave the windows open cos they are opening only fully. Airconditioning helps.

Nice

Pros: We liked its location. The area is silent and easy to access the city center.

Cons: There is a couch you need to open and use as a bed. It is comfortable but when you open it the room gets smaller.

Good

Pros: Good location, 10min to the beach. Supermarket on the corner. Small studio with a sofa bed. Bed quite comfortable. Bathroom a good size and washing machine is a bonus. Good kitchen and well stocked with utensils Easy check in process. Nice outdoor area (although it is shared between the block)
