Great location!

Pros: The flat is spacious and located in a perfect spot! Great balcony to spend evenings, overall, the flat has everything you need during your stay.

Cons: Everything’s okay but I can’t understand when there are 2 coffee capsules for 4 people. I find it a little bit strange. Also it’s difficult to return the keys when you check out too late or too early. It would be better to simplify this procedure.

Great location

Pros: Good location and very comfortable apartment . Well equipped kitchen and all very clean. Friendly staff at the office

Cons: Key collection is a bit of a hassle in that the office is a couple of blocks away and the company does not meet at the property at the beginning or end of tenancy. This means that photos or video has to be submitted at the end of holiday so card is not charged . A bit of a hassle but may not be for others. If this doesn’t bother you then great apartment

Pros: Miły i pomocny personel biura , możliwość przechowania bagażu w biurze firmy. Balkon jest ok.

Cons: Uciążliwe , odbieranie i zdawanie kluczy. Wymagana kaucja 500 Euro. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia , również meble. Mieszkanie trzeba po sobie posprzątać.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, muy buen tamaño, muy completo. Hermosa zona, con comercios, supermercados, bares, etc.

Cons: Hay que ir a buscar la llave a la inmobiliaria que al estar con las maletas se hace muy incómodo, piden garantía de € 500, firmar un contrato. Luego ir al departamento donde la distancia es de varias cuadras. El trámite de ingreso al departamento es muy engorroso.

Cons: Saknade AC i sovrummet, snålt med toapapper, lite fläckar på bäddsoffan.

Great stay, enjoyed.

Pros: Location, values for money. Safe and residential neighbourhood.

Cons: The only complaint to the owner is to provide an alternative to drop the keys in apartment only instead of mandating to drop at the five stars property management location. It’s very inconvenient especially when u have an early flight. And it has to be made clear while booking on the website.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la promenade des anglais. L'appartement est bien agencé, bien entretenu, bien équipé dans une résidence tranquille.

Cons: On aurait aimé avoir un deuxième jeu de clés. L'accès en voiture est difficile pour le chargement déchargement des bagages, mais cela tient au système de circulation en vigueur à Nice.

Pros: Sicuramente la posizione visto che 10 m a piedi sei al centro o sulla spiaggia, molto pulito letti comodi cucina fornita di tutto quello che serve con lavastoviglie e lavatrice.

Cons: La pecca della struttura forse è che essendo così centrata non ha un proprio parcheggio e i parcheggio sia privati che in strada sono abbastanza costosi e la TV non andavano i canali normali.
