Oh really beautifully prepared B&B an absolute delight.

Pros: Location excellent near public transport, and near Nice old town

Cons: If you are very large, you might find the shower store a little on the small side, but the whole apartment is so beautifully thought out that that doesn’t really matter.

I would DEFINITELY return if the hosts change the bed. Everything was perfect except that.

Pros: It was immaculately clean, in an excellent location, modern and well equipped, and the hosts were very reactive and pleasant.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were rough and pilly.

Séjour à exceptionnel dans une ville charmante à proximité de tout

Pros: L’établissement était super bien placé à proximité de la plage et dans un quartier très charmant. Nous avions les équipements nécessaires pour notre quotidien et n’avons manqué de rien!

Cons: Nous avons tout apprécié ! Si je peux me permettre juste une légère odeur de renfermé et de tabac à l’arrivée

Pros: Great situations near to tramway , old city , quiet , restaurants all around , all comfort to ask for

Cons: Only one little issue thin mattress on sofa to sleep

Posizione ottima, monolocale piccino ma molto pulito. Divano letto molto scomodo.

Pros: Posizione ottima, appartamento molto pulito, aveva tutto il necessario. Self-checkin facile e host gentili.

Cons: Il divano letto era piuttosto scomodo.

Uroczy mały apartament w świetnej okolicy

Pros: Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Mieszkanie jest małe, ale ma wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, naczynia, nawet parawan i parasol plażowy. Ładny widok z okna, w okolicy knajpki, piekarnie, sklep Carrefour, park, przystanek tramwajowy.

Cons: Niewygodna sofa- lepsze byłoby normalne łóżko. Mało ręczników na osobę. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy ten obiekt z czystym sumieniem.

Pros: Póki znajduje się w kilka kroków od „starej” Nicei i plaży, wszędzie blisko. Budynek posiada windę co ułatwia dotarcie na 3 piętro, więc to nie problem. Pokój ma metraż i wyposażenie w sam raz dla naszych potrzeb, jest czysto, cicho. Klimat dla nas idealny. Z pewnością pojawimy się tam podczas następnej wizyty w Nicei.

Cons: Łóżko mogłoby być wygodniejsze, ale to Nicea i śpi się krótko więc sumarycznie jest w porządku.

Pros: Appart super bien situé, propriétaire très réactif et arrangeant. Bien insonorisé on n'entend pas beaucoup la rue

Pros: Pequeño estudio muy acogedor perfecto para nuestra estadía en Pareja , con todo lo necesario, en Edificio silencioso y muy Tranquilo perfecto para descansar , Anfitrión muy atento y diligente nos gustó Absolutamente todo !! 10/10
