Nice Renting - JAURES - Cosy Flat - Nice old town - Great view - AirCon

Comfort in Old Town.

Pros: The location is great. There's always something to explore in Vieux Nice. It's near the Cathedrale Vieille Ville tram stop and everything else is within reach. Direct access to the airport from line 2 Garibaldi Château stop. The apartment is comfortable and the water heater is great.

Cons: Just the stairs but I got used to it. Not recommended to those who aren't used to windy stairs and with mobility challenges.

Pros: Lovely ,convenient location. Comfortable flat ideal for 2

Cons: The narrow 2 flights of stairs were very difficult with luggage for someone like me( older/ arthritis) but no problem for most people!

Pros: self contained apartment with windows on both sides...living room overlooks the park/ Greenspace. Excellent location with easy access to anywhere you want to explore in Nice and beyond. Nice little kitchen including a washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable bed, picturesque views (both to the new and old town).

A fantastic location in the heart of Nice - a great spot to immerse yourself into the local culture.

Pros: The location in the old town was fantastic. A walk away from all the facilities. Near to restaurants, cafes and the beach. It overlooks the park which is lovely.

Cons: The air conditioning was rattly, the small bathroom would not accommodate rugby players and the spiral stairs can only be accessed with small luggage.

Pros: Great location, clean and spacious property. Clear and thorough instructions on check in which was nice.

Cons: As noted, stairs and very very steep, windy, narrow and slippery. Owner was a little hard to communicate with but all worked out well in the end!

Great location in the old town of nice!

Pros: The location was fabulous! Right in the heart of the old town. The host’s communication was great too and the instructions were very clear.

Cons: The stairs are quite steep, and no elevator, but nothing too bad!

Best location in Nice

Pros: We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The room was clean, and an amazing selection of facilities, including great wifi connection. Our favourite part was opening up either of the two windows and seeing the incredible hustle and bustle of Nice. Amazing communication with the host the entire time too.

Cons: The thin, winding staircase was the only thing we weren’t aware of. Only enough to bring a backpack or very small suitcase up with you. Thankfully we had a car with us, so we just took a few clothes with us from our big luggage back to the room in a bag. Not ideal if you’re travelling around with a big suitcase.

Pros: Excellent location. View of the park from living room. Small apartment but separate rooms, ie bedroom, kitchen, living room. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking a meal.
