Pros: The flat is super super super. Perfectly located close enough to everything you need in Nice from the restaurants and wine bars to the train station. The parking addition was a very well received item on our agenda as parking in Nice is generally tough but in August you can imagine. We loved the flat, the space and everything in it and will definitely will want to be back. It's owners have done a fantastic job.

Excellent clean and secure apartment.
Pros: Security of the apartment was excellent. Very clean. Facilities and equipment in the apartment were good.
Cons: Collection and return of keys too far away. More pillows to be provided. No English speaking or subtitled tv programs.

Great central location
Pros: Great central location with aircon and a quiet safe area. Not far from the sea, old town or railway station. Very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.
Cons: There wasn't anything.

Pros: We had a great stay at Villa Harmonie in Nice. It was quiet, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The private parking was a huge convenience. The check-in process was excellent – very well organized for collecting and returning the keys, and being able to check in at 10:00 AM was a real bonus. The location is also perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay – highly recommended!

Die perfekte Wohnung in Nizza
Pros: Zunächst muß der erstklassige Service von Nestor und Jeeves erwähnt werden! Jede noch so kleine Frage wurde vom Concierge umgehend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Im selben Haus ist die einzelne Garage im Tiefgaragenkomplex ebenfalls über den Aufzug erreichbar. Man merkt, es ist keine Wohnung, die ausschließlich zur Vermietung vorgehalten wird. Ein Schlafzimmer ist abgeschlossen da es offensichtlich das Zimmer der Eigentümer ist. Nette Dekoration, fast perfekte Ausstattung, sehr gute Matratze im Bett und perfekt einstellbare, leise arbeitende Klimaanlage.
Cons: Es fehlten lediglich die Eierbecher und einige scharfe Messer aber ansonsten war die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet. Schade war, dass man trotz Bemühungen keine Deutschen Sendefrequenzen im Fernsehen bestellen konnte.

Molto confortevole
Pros: La casa è molto grande e posizionata meravigliosamente rispetto al mare, in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario.
Cons: Vanno lasciate le istruzioni su come far funzionare la tv, la password del Wi-Fi andrebbe cambiata e messa a portata di mano, bisogna spolverare meglio i mobili, da persona allergica ho fatto abbastanza fatica.

Pros: Evin dekorasyonu çok güzel. Çok kullanışlı bir ev. Temiz ve yeni. Otopark ve bina bağlantısı çok iyi.
Cons: Duvarların ses yalıtımı düşüktü. Sabah biraz su sesi geldi yan daireden ama gece sessizdi.

Great apartment but mediocre management company
Pros: This is a lovely apartment in a very good location in Nice. It is close to transportation of all kind. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a fully equiped kitchen. The bed is comfortable. There is an elevator and easy access to free parking. The sea is a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioner works well, as do the washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment is especially nice for longer stays. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean.
Cons: You have to pick up the keys at a completely different location than the apartment. Be warned: the management company is at 43 rue de France, about a 10 min walk from the flat. The management company works on a factor of one: one place for everyone to pick up keys; one pillow per person; one sheet; one blanket; one hand towel; one towel; one extra toilet roll; and one bin liner (in use). The apartment is great; the management company less so.

прекрасное местоположение и все есть для комфортного проживания
Pros: абсолютно все понравилось, вся необходимая бытовая техника, много разной посуды, магазины и булочные рядом
Cons: ключи забирать и отдавать было не совсем удобно, так как пункт выдачи ключей находился не рядом с апартаментами
