Pros: The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Nice and the sea. It is in a quiet very pretty residential area and only a short walk to the main area of Nice.

Very pleasant and would stay again.

Pros: Had a personal rather than corporate feel and was in a very peaceful location.

Cons: Bit of a drag if you walk up from town

Pros: The hotel is very nice, on top of the hill, having a beautifull perspective. Very kind staff.

Cons: It was too cold with no heating options. The split for heat was making a lot of noise and was useless. No tram, bus, metro nearby.

Gem of a hotel in beautiful old villa.

Pros: Gem of a small hotel in a very select neighbourhood. Beautifully decorated throughout. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely room, comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Great buffet breakfast. Pretty gardens with seating and a small plungepool. About 20 mins walk to the old town. Hilly area!

Splendour and luxury amid the buzz of Nice

Pros: The property was exceptionally well presented, clean and comfortable. Lovely external appearance while, inside, the rooms were very accommodating, light & airy. The staff did everything possible to make the stay memorable.

Cons: Not really an issue, but as the hotel is on a hill away from the hustle & bustle of Nice, the walk back could sometimes take a toll. A small price to pay for such a lovely hotel.
