Amazing, easy to communicate with staff, stunning

Pros: Fantastic location, great balconies. Big space with full functioning kitchen. Had beach umbrellas and beach cushions to use. Washing machine and drier is always a bonus

Cons: No air conditioning but can understand with an older building. There were fans in each room

Great location and value in Nice

Pros: The location of this apartment is fantastic. The size of the apartment and the facilities were also great - it was nice to have some room after weeks in mostly cramped rooms. The view was also great. We arrived after hours however the instructions on how to access the apartment were easy to interpret and we had no issues. The bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons: The shower pressure in the second smaller bathroom was terrible, so I just used the main bathroom instead. Problem easily solved.

Pros: Sisäänkirjautuminen heti aamulla onnistui täydellisesti. Sijainti on erinomainen, vieressä ravintolat ja ostoskeskukset, lyhyt matka rannalle. Suuri huoneisto, paljon tilaa sekä parveke.

Cons: Ei ilmastointia, joten puhaltimet täytyi olla päällä koko ajan, kesä aikaan mahdoton nukkua. Pienemmän pesuhuoneen suihku käyttökelvoton, koska vedenpaine niin olematon. Vaatii pintaremonttia sekä kalusteiden uusintaa.
