Amazing place for short stay

Pros: Private parking is a big bonus and super helpful for travellers like my group who arrived the city at night. The check in is quick and the place is very quiet — perfect for short stay.

Comfortable room n a quiet stay

Pros: We like the little balcony facing the seaside promenade, the comfy and warm bed, the spacious bathroom, good size of room, plenty of table space for putting our takeaway food n souvenirs on during our 10 days' stay

Cons: One or two mornings to our dismay we found coffee capsules had not been refilled in our room

Pros: The most valuable were the hotel's staff. They were supportive and always customer-centred. We found it was easy to communicate in English and Russian. We especially want to thank Vladlen and Laetitia, as they made our stay in Nice exceptional.

Pros: Excellent location 100 meters from the seafront promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby. On Site parking. Supermarket in front of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location, close to the sea, the center and the old part of Nice. The cleanliness, the staff, the appearance of the hotel and the interior are all top ten. I recommend it!

For a business trip, I can stay there again after checking prices of the nearby 4stars.

Pros: the room furbishment and the facilities were in line with standard.

Cons: the room size is very small, the lobby and the hotel entrance were poorly arranged for a 4star. The hotel was like a one night stay, b&b, rather than a well located one by the promenade.

Beautiful hotel in the sun

Pros: Gorgeous hotel right on the promenade surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. We would certainly recommend this beautiful accommodation to others.

More than Nice!!!

Pros: Very close to the Promenade so it was easy to catch sunrise and sunset which was beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious.

Cons: It can be quite noisy but it didn’t really affect us

Short stop in Nice

Pros: The hotel’s location is perfect. It's on a quiet street but just a five-minute walk to the sea. We loved being able to explore the area on foot and easily find great restaurants nearby. Staff were super helpful and recommended a wide selection of places to eat. The fact that they have a private parking means a lot, especially if you are traveling by car and area is very crowded. However, if parking is not available at the hotel( limited no of places), you can always chose a public parking near by.
