Good small, hotel, in a quiet area.

Pros: The host, Regine was very reactive on all our questions The hotel is in a quiet area, we could sleep with open windows without any noise disturbing us. The room is comfortable Have in mind that if you wish a breakfast, you have to order it the previous day and it is served in a limited slot time. It was not an issue for us, as we just enjoyed the self service coffee machine.

Pleasant stay in a calm environment

Pros: We like the fact that the property is located slightly away from the centre of Nice. Good transport links to the city centre and airport. Short uphill walk from the tram station. Nice walk to the city centre. Spacious rooms. Regine the host looked after us well.

Exceeded my expectations, very comfortable and homely

Pros: My host communication was exceptional. The courtyard breakfast was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. I very much enjoyed returning to my room after exploring the city. The hotel is very close to everything so super easy to get around.

Quiet, warm, nice garden, friendly staff, clean room

Pros: So quiet and near to a tram stop. Very clean. Recommended.

Cons: I know not many places in France seem to provide it, but as we arrived late, some sort of welcome pack would have been nice

Pros: The room was very good; it was clean, had enough space and a nice bathroom. The staff was very organized and are very quick to respond for any questions. Couldn't be more happy with our stay here. The promenade and nearest tram/metro station are within walking distance.

Fabulous little hotel

Pros: Staff were incredible, the room was huge as was the bathroom. And the place was spotlessly clean.

Cons: It's not on the front along the water which would have been more convenient but it was only a 5 min uber ride away.

Weekend in Nice

Pros: Quiet tranquil position, very close to promenade and beach, also closest tram stop was only a 5 minute walk. Room we stayed in was large and had lots of traditional character.

Cons: Unbeknown to me, when I booked the weekend away, it was the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and thee end of the Cannes film festival, so I had to pay more than normal for the room , hence me not scoring a 10 for value to money.

Lovely place to stay in Nice !

Pros: Very nice accommodation. Big room and a terrace where you can seat very confortable. It's new renovated. The bathroom is big also. Very quiet area and easy to go to the tram station. The host Regine is very nice and helpful!

Cons: There is nothing to say bad about it :). It's a lovely place to stay in Nice :)

Beautiful and sparkly clean

Pros: The room was beautiful and I've never stayed in a hotel so clean! Also the orange trees in the garden were stunning.

Cons: Not alot wrong with it, only slight downside was quite alot of stairs and the location was a bit out of the way but we just got cabs or tram.
